Monthly Rentals in Saint John Parish

Jennifer's place was 'tops'. Top of the trees, top of the harbor, the top experience of the island of Dominica. There was no feeling of disappointment when we got a 'rained in - in the rainforest' because the place was so beautiful and relaxing that 'staying in' still feels like staying out! The panoramic views actually end up embracing you and you become part of the natural surroundings as birds share your 'nest'. The comforting touches Jennifer has planted throughout your stay, from the welcome basket of fruit to the availability of some of the islands best beverages, soaps and spices are all top notch. Every morning is a gift and your sense of relaxation grows every day. With the island as small as it is, your still just a relatively short drive from all the waterfalls, hiking trails and water activities the island has to offer.....and there is a lot to offer. Our only disappointment is we could not stay longer. This is one of those experiences that makes Airbnb the greatest!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ryan and Noele was incredibly responsive and very helpful. I especially loved the cozy living room with a well-stocked kitchen and the AC in the room . I would definitely book again without hesitation!Very Quiet and Peaceful.

We loved our stay at Treetops. Being able to walk everywhere in Toucari was enjoyable. Outside of sleeping(bed was comfy) we lived on the large deck that has a gorgeous view to the Bay and great for bird watching. Kitchen well set up. Caso was helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Eden’s Airbnb! It was clean, comfortable, and convenient for the activities I planned while in Dominica. My favorite part is the view from the primary bedroom. Located in Portsmouth which is in northern Dominica, the area is less busy than the capital Roseau but still adjacent to restaurants and located on the water. I’d come back and stay at Eden’s place again!
