This place was very comfortable and the beds are very relaxing... The shower had lots of water pressure... The kitchen is a great place cook dinner they had all the pots and pans and left over spices which was very helpful to add extra flavor to our dinner... I would definitely rent there again. Thank for being kind and generous, we truly appreciate it.

I fear that I will say too little about how wonderful this house was. It was exactly as we had hoped for and we made wonderful memories for our last lacrosse tournament in Florida. We made friends with the manatees down the street and the pool was exactly what we needed to recover from long days in the sun.

House was perfect for our family. Only minor note we would have is the beds were very high up off the ground for our 2 and 4 year old. Otherwise pool and outside area was awesome and beach, restaurants, and ice cream were all in walking distance even for the kiddos.

Wonderful house in the old section of Sarasota. Literally minutes from the airport and 1/2 mile to Asolo theater and the museums. Easy access to main streets. Clean and well equipped, with a handy book of instructions (I’m always surprised by how uncommon that is). Clara was flexible and helpful and always very responsive. 20 or so minute drive to a beautiful public beach with the most amazing sand (there might be other closer beaches), but we wanted to see this sand and the parking is very easy. Less than 10 min drive to lots of great local restaurants with easy street parking. Really fun mini golf 1/2 mile away. If we had reason to go to Sarasota in the future I would definitely stay here again.

Since our family has added in-laws and grandchildren, it only made sense to stay at Airbnb’s and we have stayed in many! The Fun House is our favorite in Florida! Mike and his lovely wife met us at the house and instantly they felt like friends! Their home is beautiful, immaculate and decorated to remind you of the beach nearby. The outside patio area and pool is spacious and well maintained, and includes corn hole, 4 square, a volleyball court and plenty of seating and lounge chairs for sunbathing. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and the house was convenient to shopping and restaurants. There were 3 families and we all had our own private areas, but plenty of living and dining space when we all wanted to eat or just watch TV together. We had many friends and relatives visit while we were there and they too loved the house! Do not visit Florida without checking out this wonderful property. Mike is an extraordinary host and by far the most attentive we have met!

The house was spacious and clean. Very nice pool area. Easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. Some appliances are a bit dated. But, overall was a safe and comfortable experience. Responsive and friendly host. Would recommend.

The house was well appointed and clean. The pool was in very nice shape, even though it was about a month after a major hurricane hit the region. The only minor issues that we noticed were the lack of extra blankets and a pool heater that didn’t go past 80 degrees. These were very minor issues and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house again in the future.

Great location, minutes from everything. Love the privacy. Great apartment and great host. Would recommend to anyone in need of an airbnb. Thank you Chris for being a great host. Fyi thank you for the healthy snacks. We’re awesome.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

We came to IMG for our daughter’s soccer showcase and chose this place due to the proximity to the field. About a 12 min drive to IMG and also a 12 min drive to Anna Maria island! Things like target, grocery store and multiple restaurants nearby (you could even walk to target and grocery store in about 15 min). Very convenient location. House was exactly as advertised. Clean, ample toilet paper/paper towels, soap, etc. I believe some of the bathrooms also had shampoo/conditioner dispenser on the shower wall. Would def stay here again!

The property was just as described. It was very peaceful. I loved sitting outside by the pond and listening to the birds and watching the sunrise. The house was very clean and everything was up to date. We found the beach gear to be very useful. The location was close to everything.

We truly enjoyed our Thanksgiving week stay at Leslie's home. It was so quiet, clean, and we had everything we needed and the master bed was super comfortable! We loved hanging out on the lanai, whether playing a board game (cornhole out by the pool) or eating a meal. We come to Sarasota every year and this by far is the best home we have stayed at for overall experience. We would love to stay again. Thanks so much, Leslie!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Just a short trip across the bridge to the beach. Excellent location and it was nice to come back from the beach and unwind and relax in the pool. Everything that you need to cook with is also available. Great yard and bbq as well. Thanks again for a great stay

The house blew away our expectations. Was clean, kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed, beds were extremely comfortable and last but not least, the pool was simply amazing. My granddaughters were in when they got up, after the beach and then were spellbound in the evening when the pool lights came on. Roberto was extremely responsive and gracious. I've been renting houses for 40 years and this one was one of the best. Safe, peaceful and perfect for our family of 5 (plus our two small dogs). And easy access to whatever beach you wanted to go to. Roberto has thought of everything to make your stay perfect!

The home looks just like the pictures. We loved the game room and the large pool that is heated! The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Our entire stay was perfect from beginning to end. Easy to check in and out, had everything we needed, hosts were very friendly and responsive. Location is walking distance to town and the beach. The cleanest home I've ever rented. Beds were very comfortable.

Erin was an absolute amazing host who is very responsive! The home is located in a super quiet area and has a cozy feel to it. Extremely clean and we loved the little touches that Erin left for us ( coffee and wine ) Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here--especially the pool! For a family visiting from the northeast, having a lovely and clean backyard with a pool was very special. The house is clean and comfortable, lots of great small touches like supplying both swim and bathroom towels, dishwasher and washing machine soap, a nice clean kitchen with a generous assortment of supplies. Comfortable sofas in the living room, good beds and pillows. Quiet area. We loved it. Thanks so much!

Very sunny, peaceful house in a cute neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Couch was cozy at night. Pool was big enough for me and my husband. Host was very responsive which is always nice. I would recommend.

Booked last minute for me and my parents. Scott was very kind and helpful while also being proactive in helping us book last minute. Pool and tiki bar was great and private while relaxing. We walked to the beach and downtown every day/ night. Definitely would stay again!

Our family of four and pup had a wonderful stay at La Casa del Flamingo Feliz. Great location, walkable to a private beach and close to downtown Venice. Home was perfectly described. We are so grateful for hosts like Melinda who provide a great space for dog owners.
