House was fantastic, spacious and very homely. Perfect for a larger amount of guests also. Close to town but also far enough away to enjoy privacy. I definitely will be back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you for the stay.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

This houses matches the description and was a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended. Very close to all the great cafes and restaurants and of course the coast. Excellent host. 5 stars!

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

We had a short one night stay at Eileen’s so we didn’t get to see much of the area but the house was nice, private and quiet. Would stay again.

Beautiful large house close the beach without being in the thick of it. Perfect for our young family as plenty to entertain the kids and room for the parents to relax at the end of the day. Outdoor area was fantastic for dinner in the evenings and everything we needed for our stay.

What an amazing house & so perfect for a getaway we didn’t want to leave. Had everything & bonus was the ice machine & slow cooker. Living space spacious and lots of fun things. Downstairs room was spacious and was perfect for our 4 teens Dogs loved it, very secure View just lovely and outdoor space so peaceful Beds comfy, lots of linen. Highly recommended, Rod was fabulous & we will stay again. Total 8 of us, 2 families. Thank you Rod

Beautiful place and loved the mid century feel. The house felt bigger than the photos showed (we were pleasantly surprised). Great decks in the front and back of the house and a well stocked kitchen space. The air con also worked great in the lounge and the bedrooms all had portable fans, which helped on some hot nights. We will hopefully be back! Thank you.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Tim’s place for the night when we planned to visit Mornington, the place is easy to find and clean! Tim is very responsive and proactive on offering us recommendations and check on us if we need help and very friendly! The location is closed to the beach which is nice for the morning with cafes there!

A wonderful stay in Frankston, a great location with direct access to the beach. It’s also a very private and peaceful studio, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need! The breakfast bits were also such a lovely touch, we felt right at home! The bed is also super comfortable!

This listing exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless and beautifully styled with good quality furnishings. It had everything I needed for my young family of 4. The week we stayed the temperature ranged from 30-40 but the apartment stayed cool with no need to use the AC provided. The beds are also super comfortable. Communication was really great with pro active messages containing all the information I would need. The kids loved the cookies and milk left to welcome us to the home and I thought the hand written welcome note was a lovely touch. We will definitely rebook when we are next in town.

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Safety Beach! The location was perfect – close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was clear the host takes great care in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. Communication was smooth, and the host was very easy to deal with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot to stay in the area!

My family and I had a beautiful stay over summer in Sid’s place in Seaford. The flat is 5 min walk to the beach - it’s lovely, light-filled, clean and spacious, with every amenity you could need. It’s at the back of the block so very quiet (no traffic noise, despite being on a main road) and surrounded by a garden and a creek. You can sit at the dining table, outside or lie on the couch and watch the birds and sunrise/sunset skies. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry have the basics. While I did have an issue initially with the remote, it turned out to need a new battery - Sid was extremely helpful and prompt. A great stay - we’ll be back the next time we visit our family in SE Melbourne.
