The condo is a great place to eat while watching street activities. Walking outside the confines of the condo buildings needs to be cautiously approached. No good sidewalks but the trek can bring you fabulous coffee and culinary rewards that are worth the threat to life and limb; keep your head on a swivel. We also found that Grab was invaluable both to getting around and sampling the area's food via delivery. The condo's staff was very friendly and helpful, and security is very good. We only met the hosts online but that was more than adequate due to their excellent responsiveness. If you like barbecued chicken, there is an excellent food cart next to the 7-eleven across the street.

The apartment is conveniently located near a shopping mall that has numerous stores within the building. You can also use Grab to order food, with a wide variety of dishes available. The apartment offers wonderful amenities, including a gym, a pool, and a yoga room. The view from the 37th floor is stunning. I highly recommend staying at this apartment. Numpol is friendly and easy to talk to, and he was very helpful during my stay. Thank you very much!

We used this condo as our "home base" during our stay in Bangkok. The condo is located outside the busier downtown and tourist area, but still provides easy access to these areas via the closeby MRT station. The condo is modern, comfortable, very clean and provides very good amenities. Highly recommended!
