Monthly Rentals in Sacatepéquez Department

I LOVED staying in this apartment for five weeks (in fact, had it been available, I would have stayed an extra week)! The location is perfect -- about a ten minute walk to Parque Central, but with restaurants, bars, parks, and beautiful sights right in the surrounding blocks. The street is quiet and the apartment is set back from the street with a beautiful little garden area. The apartment itself is really cute, comfortable, and well-appointed, perfect for one person. Also, Ronaldo is very responsive and the folks in and around the building are sweet. Highly recommend.

I was in Antigua for several weeks and wanted to find an apartment far enough from the school where I was studying so that I could have good walks every day. Dia’s apartment not only looked lovely but it was also on the opposite side of town so met my needs perfectly. And of course the price was right! I have stayed in Air BnBs in many countries and must say that this place was great. The attention to detail both functionally and aesthetically was exemplary. The rooftop terrace was a great place for morning coffee and sunsets. And Dia was a warm and personable host.

Everything excellent, very nice condominium, quiet and safe. This is approx 15 min from La Antigua, the social area is very beautiful. The house is comfortable and well decorated.

This is a great option for a long term stay. It's a little bit outside the main town center, but only a 5 minute walk from a shopping center with restaurants, a grocery store, a bank, and a few gyms. It was very peaceful and quiet the majority of my stay and the weekly cleaning and laundry make it super convenient. The only downsides were a lock that didn't lock easily on my apartment and a few very brief power outages. It can also get noisy if there are a lot of people using the terrace for audible work calls. Still I would 10/10 recommend this apartment complex if you are staying in Antigua for over a week. It is clean, well-supplied, and looks exactly like the photos.
