Monthly Rentals in Sabinal

Carl is a wonderful host and his place is spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is lots of space to hang out filled with artwork, games, books and puzzles as well as tv and wifi. The garden in back is beautiful and we would have spent time there if the weather had cooperated. Carl responded quickly and kindly to any request and made it very easy to extend our visit if we got snowed in by an unexpected winter storm. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It’s a short drive to the main part of Belen for restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Nice people and very helpful. They met up with me and showed me the way there. I usually camp on blm this is pretty much that but with a host, road was a little rough for my Harley but doable. They have a little gift shop with things they make and drawings of her. I picked up a ring. All in all it was a great stay.

Ryan and Eva are great host and willing to help in any way. We’re from out of state and in their area mule deer hunting. Ryan was more than willing to help us with our hunt. GREAT STAY!

We enjoyed our stay at Alice's place very much! You can tell how much Alice cares about the comfort of her guests in every way. We really appreciated all the details of what was provided at Alice's place- it truly felt like a home away from home,and we will definitely look to staying again if we visit New Mexico in the future!
