Easily one of the best rentals in Medellín. The location is perfect, providing quick access to Laureles and El Poblado. The building is modern, secure, and well-maintained. The apartment itself is luxurious, with a view that cannot be described in words. Lastly, Esteban is an incredible host—always responsive and attentive. He gave excellent recommendations and made our stay in Medellín ten times better than we could have hoped for. I would not hesitate to book with him. This listing is absolutely a hidden gem.

This is by far my favorite apartment in Medellín. I’ve stayed here for a month three times now, and Rick and his team are exceptional hosts. The apartment is always stocked with essentials like cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, and more. Plus, a cleaning lady comes once a week at no extra cost, which is a great touch. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Poblado on Calle 10a, just a 2 minute walk from Provenza with all the best restaurants and nightlife. The apartment itself is sleek and modern, with three full bathrooms. The building’s doormen are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to ensure a secure and pleasant stay. I loved the place. Plenty of room space and super clean. Only one complaint I have, regarding this apartment. Please, please upgrade the internet, most of the time we barely had any internet connection; even in downstairs. Upstairs, we had zero internet so, the TV's were useless. I have visited Medellin 10+ times, I never had to deal with bad internet connection, this is the first time I had to deal with bad internet connection. I always thought, Medellin internet is superb compare to some other cities I have visited around the world. So, definitely internet for this apartment need major upgrade. I would like to come back as I am going through dental treatment and need to visit Medellin multiple time in next 6 months. I would love to stay in this apartment if I know the internet is upgraded. Special thanks to the host (Aleja) for quick responses and two hours grace periods she provided on the day of check out. Thank you Aleja and hope to see you soon.

The PERFECT place to stay in El Poblado. The place is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Juan was very responsive and checked in daily throughout our stay. There are restaurants/bars all over within walking distance and a 24 hour convenience store directly across the street with everything you need, including food, drinks, and alcohol.

the stay at Juan’s airbnb was a great experience, 10 out of 10. location wise there were many options of restaurants or groceries stores within walking distance. the interior was perfectly furnished as shown from the pictures. all the appliances worked great and in good condition. modern day comforts such as internet and hot water never gave any problems for the month stay i was there. if you are in search of a place to stay outside the touristy areas then this checks off all the boxes and will leave you feeling right at home.

From the moment of booking the communication was fluid, friendly and efficient; they offered solutions to all my doubts. At the time of arrival they were flexible with check-in time, they offered me useful instructions. Regarding the room is exactly as described in its publication, the photos are the same, I found a clean, cozy and organized space. Excellent place, I would definitely stay again

This was by far the best Airbnb I have stayed in while in Colombia. Not only was the location perfect, but the hospitality from Alexandra was unmatched . She was attentive, and really made sure that we felt comfortable. We loved it so much we booked another stay for next week. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Medellín.
