Sapa's Soul family room with private bathroom

TamaraRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Sapa Soul was our favorite place we’ve stayed in Vietnam! Since we are a group of three we stayed in the family room with rice field view, and waking up to watch the sunrise over rice fields from a comfy bed (with a heating pad!) was a highlight of our trip. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and the beds were sooooo comfy. I could have spent a whole extra day just reading with that view. You will definitely be a part of the family, prepare to play with a lot of legos! We went on a trek organized by Oanh and it was a beautiful and authentic way to learn about the local cultures. And to end our trip, Oanh even helped bring our bags into town as she was driving that way and our backpacks took up a lot of space on the motorbikes. You definitely won’t regret staying at Sapa Soul!

Saigonese Trekking House - Deluxe Room

BaoRating, 5 stars63 months ago
Much awesome place with great guest-host interactions and unique bonding experiences with roommates-turned-friends that you won't find anywhere else! My first trip to Sapa turned out to be greater than I thought it would be and Saigonese Homestay was part of the reason why it turned out spectacularly. Duyên was really nice and accommodating; she even gives you tips on how to travel like a local! Highly recommend and definitely would return for more adventurous experience in Sapa!

Legend Home Sapa-Small but nice

Ka-YengRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The owner is friendly, and very accomodating. Breakfast starts at 7.30am but we had to go earlier to catch a bus to Hanoi so he prepared breakfast specially for us at 7am. Plus he find us a shuttle to the bus station. It is a beautiful hotel, the place is not too far from the main centre of Sa Pa town but it is uphill, can be bit tiring to drag you luggage bags up. Overall it is worth the money paid for, you get comfortable hot showers and heating in the room.
A wooden balcony with a simple table and chair overlooks lush green rice terraces and distant mountains under a clear blue sky. The vibrant colors of the landscape are complemented by soft clouds hanging around the mountain peaks.

Ginn's House - Double Room with balcony

SoniaRating, 5 stars25 months ago
Ginn’s House encapsulates all of the special things that you can only get from a homestay experience. By the end of the trip, it feels like they were our friends hosting us. Vu and Bee were always warm, kind and friendly. Firstly, they waited up for our very late check in!! We did not come with plans, and they warmly included us with their friends gathering in a big bbq the first night. We stayed during the rainy and cold season, and they checked in on us throughout to see if we were ok, and also shared many things we could do in the area. Want to give a special shoutout to Bee. She was always available to chat to us on WhatsApp, and helped us organise everything we needed (airport transfer, scooter, hike guide, cable car tix- do note these are extra charge), always answering questions and getting what we need (new towels, ponchos, hiking boot). She balances being professional and personable very well - even when she had a personal crisis, she looked after us. Highly recommend :)

It was a pleasure to stay at Pavis place. You have to try the BBQ which they offer. 10/10, absolutely worth every dong since everything on the plate is local. Overall Pavi is very friendly and he has cute little animals which we loved. He managed to keep a very nice atmosphere, very romantic. If you go to Sapa, choose this place!

Rock garden homestay villa

muhammadRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I had a wonderful stay at Rock Garden Homestay in Sapa! Even though the weather was cloudy and I couldn’t see the mountain views, the peaceful atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the hosts made it a memorable experience. The homestay itself is charming and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt at home. They prepared delicious meals that were perfect for the chilly weather, and their kindness truly brightened my trip. While I missed the famous mountain views due to the clouds, the serene surroundings and cool mist added a unique charm to the experience. It felt like being in a quiet, hidden retreat far away from the busy world. I highly recommend Rock Garden Homestay for anyone visiting Sapa. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, even if the weather isn’t perfect. I hope to come back someday and catch those stunning views!

La Hai Yen-Sapa Center

Ka-YengRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The location is really central, it is right in the middle of sa pa town so the places are easily accessible by foot. Even fansipan mountain station is 5 minutes walking distance away. The home is more like a hotel, with key card to slot in to activate the electricity around the home. They also do house keeping for you daily. There is a heating unit at the living room and another at the master room. The room with double decker has no heating but considering it is right next to the living room, you can keep the door for the heating to come inside. The linens are very new and clean, not to mention very warm in winter. However the bathroom is pretty cold, so you would shiver right after a shower. A lot of places in Sa Pa is running on old water heater system, so after each shower, the next person should wait 15mins for the water to reboil, or you will have cold showers. The building is old but the unit is newly renovated. Location is superb so we are very happy with it overall.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The hosts warmly welcomed us and provided everything we needed. The place was spotless, fully equipped, and in an excellent location—just near the Sapa center and close to everything we wanted to visit. To top it all off, they even gave us a thoughtful gift before we checked out, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place—10/10! Happy new year!

Mama gia homestay

SemjonRating, 5 stars19 months ago
We really enjoyed Mama Gia's hospitality! We almost felt as part of the family. The rooms are new and of nice bamboo material with a great view over the rice fields. We got great advice both before the travel as also for our further trip. They were really caring! But the thing we most enjoyed was the family dinner. We got a lot of interesting informations and probably the best food we had so far in Vietnam with rice from the family's own fields.

The food is very good. The atmosphere is warm. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming, but not overly enthusiastic.A great place to relax and enjoy the rest of the scenery with delicious food.Only the sound insulation is poor, and it will be a little fun if you encounter too lively children's groups.

Double Room with Mountain View

DeeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My best stay in Vietnam so far! A peaceful oasis. A few meters from main street, but still, secluded. I loved my space, the rest of the house, and especially, the attention I received from Loan and her family. I totally recommend it!!
A serene landscape is depicted featuring gently rolling hills adorned with vibrant green terraces. A river meanders through the valley, flanked by lush foliage. Sunlight filters through tree branches, casting dappled light on the scene, while distant mountains rise majestically in the background.

Cozy room w/ stunning moutain view & breakfast.

HanhRating, 5 stars66 months ago
Hoang's place was great. Everything is perfect: price, location, atmosphere, staff. You can reach to most common trekking routes from his house. It's good to locate the accommodation in google map under the name "Chom homestay", though its name board is "Upland homestay" when you get to it, just fyi :) Everyone here was super helpful. I felt at home. Recommended!
A spacious area features large windows framing a panoramic view of distant mountains. Two round red stools and a wooden table are positioned on the warm-toned floor. A cozy bed is visible in the background, with soft sunlight casting gentle shadows across the room.

Lovely little bungalow with beautiful surroundings! Walking distance to some nearby villages but a bit far from central Sapa and things like Cat Cat village and Fansipan (but this was our preference). Good food on site and staff was very helpful!
