Grocery store, gas station, restaurants, & even a brewery, are all within a mile of the house! The airport is about a 10 min drive away. Minutes away from all major highways (235, 400, & K-96). Close access to a lot of amenities is such a plus. This house is great for the business traveler, or a large family wanting a lot of space. It’s a safe, established neighborhood.

Collected worldly treasures and warm textiles set the tone, while a folksy speakeasy hides behind a bookcase. Soak year-round in the hot tub, gather by the firepit, or slip into the fully heated and cooled vintage camper for cards, cocktails, or an impromptu photoshoot. The stock tank pool opens Mid-March, cold plunge in spring and refreshing plunge pool in summer.
