Vacation rentals with a patio in Wichita

Excellent location- so close to the arena and made it really nice to get to bed so quick after the event with no worry about traffic or Uber. Super clean, smelled nice, even the couch was vacuumed- great attention to detail. Pretty comfortable bed and included parking space. We had trouble getting there due to a ton of road construction making the directions inaccurate, but eventually we found it and it was worth that minor inconvenience.

Super cute apartment right at the heart of the downtown - Old Town area. Tremendous value for the money. Would definitely recommend it and will try to book it again whenever I am in Wichita.

Shiahna's place was very cute, clean, cozy, and comfortable. So thankful it was pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the attention to detail. Snacks, water, and oatmeal was provided which was great in a pinch. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of kitchenware and cookware. Had lots of towels and wash cloths. Especially loved the washer/dryer combo. The location was very quiet and peaceful - easy access to everywhere we went. Lots of blankets for sitting around on the comfortable couches since we were not used to the cold weather. Appreciated the TV viewing choices. The neighbors were great - very quiet and friendly.

As a company we've booked this Airbnb several times for an employee who works remotely to work onsite. Emily has been very responsive and accommodating to working with us on behalf of our employee. Our employee had such a positive experience with her first stay that she wanted to stay there again on her second visit to Wichita.

Jorgen was friendly and responsive. Self check in and out was easy. Not a huge to do list upon checkout. Kitchen had the essentials except toaster. Very accommodating! Would definitely book again!

We stayed at Emily’s place with our fur baby for 8 nights. It’s a charming older home with updated bath. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and entire place was spotless with nice decor. Plenty of room to park in a lot that wasn’t right on the street, there was a cute patio out back with lots of seating and bbq pit. My favorite place was the private balcony! We would definitely recommend and stay again when in town.

John was very accommodating after our stay when we communicated some things with him. He was kind and friendly about the issue and even reimbursed us for something’s. We appreciate that he does care about his customers above all else. Thank you John for letting us stay!

Ryan’s house was a comfortable home away from home. The downstairs laundry was nice to have, the kitchen was easy to use with everything you need for a kitchen available. Ryan was very nice, helpful, and responsive to my questions. The house was clean and cozy, and I paid a fair price for my stay. Thank you Ryan for letting us stay in your house. We had no issues with this stay. A+++ host!!!

This place was beautiful! We had a wonderful stay with the only hiccup being that the coffee pot was broke…he ordered one next day air to replace it!!!

Jessica’s place had everything we needed to feel right at home, everything checked out as well! Comfy beds, Nice shower, and all the appliances needed to cook a nice steak dinner! All around beautiful home, with a spacious backyard. Will definitely be going through Jessica anytime I come visit Wichita!

This was our second stay and we again had a wonderful experience. It is centrally located in Wichita, easy to find and easy to access. The guest house is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We would highly recommend!

This home is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. The main living area is huge and the furniture is super comfortable. Every bedroom was spacious as well and beautifully decorated! You can tell a lot of thought went into making this home ready for guests. The kitchen is great and well stocked. The large table and stools at the island provided plenty of seating. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. Super impressed and so glad we booked this home! Looking forward to booking again the next time family comes to visit!
