We loved our stay here! This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view and great ambience. Bart and Debra have this decorated so well. It has such a comfy, beachy vibe. North Coast Village is fabulous! The landscaping feels like you are in an oasis! It is so clean and the security and tranquility is top notch! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Highly recommend Sea Breeze! The studio was perfect..location, size and all the comforts of home. The Sea Breeze staff & service is exceptional..timely, efficient, kind & available. The sunsets & ocean are the best entertainment you can find. This Carlsbad Village has good restaurants, shops & outdoor toy rentals all within walking distance. I definitely plan to return.

While escaping LA and the fires surrounding our home, had to find a spot very quick, clean air, etc. this was a very great place to be and the host was very kind

Check in was easy and communication with Kevin and Gracie was fast. Location is easy to access restaurants, shops and beach. We enjoy our stay! We will book again!

Loved our stay here. This place is great to explore Oceanside - Plenty of space, Clean kitchen and bathroom - Access controlled, very safe place - Excellent and plentiful food places and coffee shops within 10-15 minutes of walking radius - Beach is readily accessible - Train station is less than 10 minute walk away (We took a train to San Diego from Oceanside, one day) All in all, very happy with the experience!

Great location, plenty of room and terrific views from rooftop deck. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Laura’s place! The home was SO beautiful and looked just like the photos. It was also super close to the beach, just a couple minutes walk! Also really close to great restaurants and coffee shops. Looking forward to renting again!

Mel was wonderful! She was very responsive even at night when we had issues with the Internet. She was very kind and helpful in all aspects. Her home was beautiful and I will book her again if her home is free the next time I'm there.

We felt right at home and was left with everything we could have possibly have needed. The host was very helpful and responsive. This home will be a great place to stay in the warmer weather too. We comfortable unfortunately could not enjoy the pool due to winter weather, but it was ready to go, if we were crazy enough to swim. We would definitely consider this home again in the future.

this was our second stay at Barry's house. our first stay there we had to leave early because of the hurricane shut down the fishing. this year we were lucky enough to stay the whole weekend Barry's house has a spectacular View of the fireworks every evening from the backyard balcony. the house is very clean the AC worked phenomenal. overall I have to say this is probably one of the most comfortable and quiet airbnbs that I have ever stayed at. we were gone during the day so we only came back in the evening the neighborhood is quiet peaceful if that's what you're looking for I definitely recommend staying here.

Our family and friends had a wonderful stay at Bryan’s home! Overall, we really enjoyed our time there, and the backyard deserves a special mention—it’s absolutely amazing. That said, I do have a few minor suggestions. The towels seemed a bit old and not very fresh. We also found there weren’t enough cups and glasses in the kitchen for a group of 8, and some of the kitchen utensils were broken or unusable. Additionally, the owner keeps a boat and trailer in the front yard, which might be something to note for future guests. These are small and easily fixable details, and they didn’t take away from the overall experience. We had a great time at the house and especially loved the backyard—it made our vacation truly memorable!

We had to evacuate our home because of fires nearby, and staying at Maria’s place was such a bright spot for us. The space is cheerful and inviting with lots of personal touches. As a couple with a baby, everything we needed was there. The location is unbeatable - steps to the beach, tons of great restaurant and shops within walking distance. Maria is an excellent host. We booked our stay while on the road and she was in touch right away. She was so kind and compassionate to our situation. If you get an opportunity to stay here, do not pass it up.

This was a true 5 star place. You get the entire property to yourself and the surrounding gates/plants make it feel very private. That said, the location is great because everything you need is in walking distance; eats, coffee, beach, corner store. The best part is the house is located in an area the passing trains aren’t allowed to blow their horns so you won’t get woken up by them if you aren’t used to it. My kid had fun walking down the block to watch them pass during the day. Amazing amenities included; covered garage for parking, grass lawn, outside table with umbrella, hammock, tv inside, huge bathtub with shower and fully stocked kitchen with numerous appliances. The bed sheets were actual bed sheets! Not the cheap paper kind every other single airbnb tends to provide. Plenty of pillows and towels. Comfortable couch and bean bag chair. Host was extremely kind and responsive. Great place for singles, couples or families. We will be staying here again, no doubt!

Cute and cozy older home that's been fully renovated. Nice large back yard with a fire pit and hanging lights that worked great for our family BBQ. It is walking distance (less than half mile) from the ocean and pier. There are several places within walking distance for food, convenient store items, and shopping. The construction next door was loud in the days, but that's no fault of the host/property, just something to be aware of until it is completed. We felt safe and comfortable for our stay. would definitely stay again in the future.

We’ve stayed at Brenda’s cottage years ago before it was renovated and it was so fun being back to enjoy the updated home with our puppy this time. The home was spotless, the updated bathroom and kitchen were great, and location is unbeatable - a block away from the dog beach and minutes away from great restaurants. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

This home is a perfect location and walking distance to several things in Oceanside. The whole home was nice and clean upon arrival. We loved the decor, outdoor space, and the master bathroom was incredibly cool! We found a few things that we needed help with. Alexandra and Joe were quick to respond and come look into things. They were really responsive and helpful hosts.

Great place to stay in Southern California. I is a perfect size for our vacation as a couple. Our dog loved the yard too. Really, really a nice place! Dan is a great host and always prompt to answer. We will definitely stay there soon again!

Rachel’s place was so great! There was 5 of us with pets and it was absolutely perfect. We had so much fun walking the dogs and exploring each day. The location was close to everything and we found some new favorite places. Also she was very flexible with checking in and responded immediately when I wanted to extend our stay!
