We had a wonderful stay at the Potting Cottage in Hastings Old Town. Upon arrival there was some fresh baked bread , apple juice and eggs on the kitchen table. Fresh Milk in the fridge and plenty of tea and coffee. They property is lovely and clean with a rustic charm. The bedroom was very cosy and the bathroom spotlessly clean with a great modern shower. There are so many little lovely touches everywhere and Helen clearly knows how to look after her Guests and was very responsive and proactive to any enquiries. The photo graphs don't really do it justice and its bigger than it looks , especially the bedroom. Both TVs have a built in DVD player with a selection to choose from to suit different tastes. There is a even a small remote control to shut the Velux window blind on the roof in the bedroom which I thought was just an other perfect little touch. We travel to Hastings occasionally and I will definitely be staying again.

we had a lovely family holiday in Brenda's cottage. she was very accommodating and helpful with our questions. her home is very unique with a beautiful garden and view. kids toys and books kept our little one entertained . there's lots to do in the area. will definitely be planning another visit.

We had a fabulous stay at Jackie's cottage. There are 3 generous bedrooms each with lovely enough suite, no poky showers you can hardly move in they are are all a really good size. The mattresses were very comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. it is even bigger than the pictures. Great base to explore. Can't wait to return.

We spent a wonderful 5 days at Hesmonds. Stephanie’s instructions/directions sent prior to the check in date were clear and helpful. There was a lovely welcome pack of the essentials such as milk, bread etc waiting for us upon arrival. The cottage was comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. It is in a beautiful location and has its own private entrance as well as space to park the car. It is within walking distance of the local pub, coffee shop and village store and a short drive to lots of lovely villages as well as the south coast. We will definitely come back to visit again.

The cottage is clean and very comfortable, full of character, and the garden was a massive bonus - much larger than I was expecting. Ann & Bob were wonderful hosts, interested, friendly and very helpful in recommending places to visit, as well as being incredibly kind and warm to our young children. It felt more like visiting family than a standard air bnb ❤️ Great location for visiting all sorts of places - forest, beach, farm, river, castles & historical buildings all easily reachable.

We loved the cottage and feel grateful to have met such a friendly host with great recommendations. Sentido was a fantastic choice for dinner. If you are looking to spend some time in one of the most beautiful parts of the country in a romantic, quintessentially English cottage, you ought to book and visit the area, as you won't be disappointed.

The proximity to the seafront was ridiculously close, the instructions for the house were word-perfect, we didn't need for anything, and she was prompt and happy to respond to any requests we had. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. The apartment was perfect for us and fully kitted out. It was clean and we felt right at home. Due to the weather we didn’t do any local walks which would have been lovely and worth doing if visiting. Would definitely recommend staying here

We had a lovely stay at Gina’s cottage. The house was perfect for our needs and beautifully decorated. We didn’t use the garden, but did go & have a look. It would be a great space on a sunny day. The location is really handy for the high street & parking was easy. We went by bus to Folkestone & the bus stop was nearby.
