Water view from one bedroom, great outdoor yard - very private. Updated amenities, marble bathroom, cozy indoor living area and very comfortable beds. The rental space is private and is the entire first floor of the home. The home is a two-story duplex with a shared entrance and private locking doors to each space. Wonderful location.

Perfect weekend getaway with my husband and our young adult sons. We had a gala to attend a couple of towns over and this was an easy drive! We loved having a very cozy and well appointed home to relax in after the festivities. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the nook upstairs for extra privacy. What stood out to all of us was how clean the home was!! Another bonus was how easy it was to check out! No stripping beds, mopping floors and taking the trash out. We were asked to just turn off lights and leave : ) Carolyn was a great host that was very responsive. The only downside of the weekend was the rainy weather but that gives us an excuse to come back another time!

We needed a family friendly place for Easter weekend close to where my nephew is located and Jennifer's place was perfect! The kitchen, dining and living rooms were not only spacious enough for the 8 guests we were also able to include my nephew and his family for a holiday meal. The home's layout provided ample privacy for 3 generations to enjoy without feeling on top of each other, the furnishings were comfortable both indoor and out, with great selection of games for a variety of ages and was spotless to boot!

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. Walkable to the small town's main street with restaurants and shops. We stayed in early November but it would be amazing to visit in the summer. Carol was very responsive and accommodating in the run up to and during our stay. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We booked Chase's home SUPER last minute and Mary was incredibly accommodating in getting us right in. We couldn't have been happier with the home, location, or hosts. It was the perfect long weekend getaway for our 4 adults and two kids under 2. It seemed like almost a new home, everything in pristine condition and very tasteful decor. We like the lazy susan they had on the dining table so much we ordered one for our home! Just an awesome experience all around! Thanks Mary! Top tip: IF you want to walk out to Charles Island at low tide you actually need to arrive to the crossing point 30 minutes or BEFORE low tide. We trekked out there with the kids AT low tide and were instructed by the local life guards that it was already too late to cross as there wouldn't be enough time to get to the island and back. No biggie and it was still VERY cool to be out in the ocean on a narrow strip of sand. Also, we found Jimmy's Apizza to be great pizza when you inevitably order out.
