Monthly Rentals in Ryde

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at the River House. We borrowed the kayaks and had a wonderful morning on the river. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the back patio enjoying the view. The sunset was spectacular. The house feels like it is in the middle of nowhere as there are so few houses nearby, but it's actually very close to a few small towns.

This place was incredible! We were heading to Sacramento for a four day music festival and wanted something different than a hotel and this place delivered all of that. First the location is incredible. Having your coffee in the morning or a beer at night next to the river was relaxing. The space inside was just as great there were four of us on our trip and we had plenty of room to sleep, relax and watch tv, and play board games. Now for just a couple of small things first there is no WiFi that reaches all the way out to the RV so be prepared to use your hotspot to watch anything on the TVs, second whatever chemical they use to clean out the toilet smells horrible so when you flush the toilet get the heck out of the bathroom fast for a couple minutes, and last the inside was beautiful and clean but the outside could had used a spray down to get rid of spider webs. All of those things are really small and didn’t affect our stay a ton. We loved this place and will be back next year!!!!!

Our 2nd stay with Art and it was just as good as the 1st! Spacious and tidy, and the perfect quiet getaway though we were just passing through this time- perfect for that too as it’s very close access to the 99. Our dog loved all the space to explore.
