Large Family Home Private Garden Beach 2 mins Walk

We had a comfortable stay in this beautiful house for two weeks. We loved how close it is to the beach and the sea view from the bedrooms. Very easy to walk around and there is a variety of shops within walking distance. The sofas and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our cat also enjoyed the place and her little walks in the garden. It was generally very quiet, other than the neighbour's dogs clockwork barking sessions at 11pm & 7am. Our only comment was that the house was freezing when we arrived and it took many hours to heat up, causing one of us a nasty headache the next day. It would be nice if the heating was turned on a bit earlier. Once it was warm, it did maintain the heat quite well. Other than that everything was great and would visit again, especially when the weather gets better!

A very nice weekend in an old cottage with lots of character. We did not spend a lot of time in the cottage, however, the time we did spend was very comfortable with all that you require to make it feel like home. The host was great with communication and a welcome message that made everything nice and easy. Overall, a great place to stay if you want home comforts and a base from which to explore the south coast and stunning surrounding areas.

The location was also perfect for walks, shops, pubs and restaurants. The weather was also fabulous ( but I don't think they provided that! ) I cannot fault this holiday home. Thanks for a lovely stay ... we will definitely return.

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! I loved this spot. If I come to Brighton again I would love to stay at Meghan’s. Accurate listing, very walkable, and very clean. She went above and beyond with champagne waiting for us. Hate to rate this one as it is a hidden gem, but she deserves it.

We had an amazing time at the lodge. The jacuzzi is large; the house is absolutely pristine and extremely well equipped including plenty of crockery and an air fryer; there is a large TV for cosy evenings and a dishwasher. EV charger is free (needs plug adapter) and meant we traveled fuel free the whole holiday. The site itself is well spaced and quiet but also has a useful shop for hot rolls in the morning. The beach is stunning and only 15 minutes walk away. Welcome pack including milk and Prosecco (the two essentials 😅) provided. Would highly recommend this property!
