Monthly Rentals in Rural Municipality of Yellowhead

First things first we have to say WOW! Me and my husband decided to get away for a weekend and we both really enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. We were blown away by the cleanliness, beautiful views and how freindly and accommodating Ian was. Loved the note in the information book about how the cabin was crafted and made. The pride and craftsmanship that was put into this place really shows. You can tell Ian and his wife Lorna both care about their cabin and the people that rent it from them. The cabin itself was so comfortable and we felt right at home. It is definitely an outdoor enthusiasts dream! We checked ice conditions for ice fishing, went snowshoeing, went to riding mountain to see the bison and visited clear lake. Lots of beautiful scenery, very private. Loved the fact that you hear nothing, no highways, no busy streets. Felt like the perfect getaway! We have already been thinking of which date we would like to book again in the near future. I rent this house to visit family in the area and it’s perfect.

really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all ten of us - had both upstairs and downstairs levels. Lower level is its own lock out suite with mini fridge, microwave, etc which we didn't use since we had access to the main kitchen upstairs. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Short drive to Wasagaming or a lovely 20 minute walk along a path through the woods.
