Erica and Brian are the perfect hosts, thoughtful, organized and extremely responsive! Their place is wonderful and has everything you need for your stay. I was there for over a month and everything was great and made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, the location is so convenient and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again! Quiet street but close to the main strip in Ferndale as well as quick drive up to Royal Oak. Also close to a dog park for my puppy. I went in early winter and felt that the temperature was warm the whole time.

Robert’s home was exactly as described. It was spotless and very comfortable. It was easy to feel at home from the first night. We appreciated all the little extras he provided. The neighborhood is quiet and the view from the family room sliders of the golf course is lovely. We look forward to future stays.

Had a long term stay (3 months) needed for work. Place was centrally located and walkable (for a European 😉). Easy check-in, communication was always easy. Had the things you need to cook etc that could not be brought easily from abroad. Thanks !
