Apartment vacation rentals in Rowland Heights

I stayed at Sam’s place for 10 days. It was a great location very clean. He had proper bedding. He had good heaters. It was a little cold at night in Los Angeles. When I stayed there. Parking was great. It was on the premises so didn’t have to worry about street parking , the Neighborhood is pretty quiet and its a great location i would definitely stay there again. It was a really good street also that the apartment is located on and there is a grocery store only a block away. Good restaurants on Sunset three blocks away.

Fantastic stay at Ana Maria’s place! Conveniently located, charming and cozy space. More than enough room to feel at home. Snacks were great :) Very easy street parking was a relief!

Maria was easy to communicate with throughout the process. The place was clean, had all the amenities I needed, and easy to get to many places in Long Beach

It was clean and comfortable, just like the pictures. The staff were quick to respond to my questions, which made me feel at ease.

Great place to stay, great host. We got in early, & he was flexible about us checking in a little early. Very clear instructions, comfy clean bed, felt like a nice hotel room. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10 great value for your money

This has been our home away from home and we have stayed there many times over the last 9 years. Marc and Kurt are kind, friendly and always available if needed. The home is lovely, well equipped and parking is a breeze. This historic neighborhood is quite and very safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Thank you both for your hospitality.

This was a fabulous place to stay while visiting Claremont! It was so clean, comfortable, and perfect for those who want to walk to everything :) I would definitely recommend this spot!

I'd stay at Carlos' place again! It had everything I needed for a 10-night stay, and it was nice to find Eagle Rock has great places to eat close-by. I'd recommend walking to Cindy's diner for breakfast/lunch. If you're going to the beach often, I'd stay closer to the coast, but my business was in the valley and up in Angeles National Forest so the traffic was light compared to other areas in Central LA.

I unfortunately couldn’t stay or even check in because of work, but prior to that Steve was very helpful. He was quick to respond to my questions about early check in and understanding when I couldn’t stay. I look forward to one day booking here again for my next event and actually being able to check in haha.

I had the most wonderful stay at this charming Pasadena home! From the moment I arrived, I felt immediately welcomed. The house is not only beautifully decorated but also has such a cozy, homely feel to it. The attention to detail in every room made it clear that the hosts truly care about providing a comfortable experience. The outdoor space was an added bonus—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is ideal, too—just a short distance from great local restaurants, shops, and attractions. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish retreat in Pasadena. Can’t wait to return!

Great spot in Glendale with easy freeway access and walking distance to the Americana and Galleria. Feels very spacious and has a balcony. Nice pool and hot tubs. Two great gyms. Had a hiccup with losing a wallet after check out and hosts were immediately responsive which was so helpful.

Excellent location to experience Hollywood! Leon's home is very spacious and comfortable. I felt right at home. I highly recommend these accommodations.

Had a great stay! Very clean place with comfy bed. Washer and dryer was a nice touch although I didn’t utilize them. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Great view on the roof! Hai was super responsive and provided recommendations nearby. My only note for future guests is to pay close attention to the video for parking/access. If you’re utilizing the parking space you should factor in some additional time to get that all settled. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay! Jerry’s apartment was cozy, well-kept, and in a great location. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space is thoughtfully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jerry was an attentive and friendly host, always quick to respond to any questions. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

This was a very clean and beautiful space with an amazing view. So comfy with so many things to do. It was a great stay and we will definitely be booking again in the future!
