Vacation rentals in Rowland Heights

This was a very nice house to stay in a little smaller than I would’ve liked but in a great neighborhood and two blocks from the beach, so it’s a wonderful location It was super clean and well organized. A couple times I needed questions answered. I called and they picked up and took care of the issue right away. Highly recommend.

Our party of 10 had an amazing stay for the weekend! The place is very spacious, clean, and right on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Sandra was first of all a wonderful host. She’s very up front with all the details such as parking. The house essentially had everything you could ask for in a home stay near the beach. Sandra was also nice in the fact of all the small details she left for the guests. Great place to stay with a medium sized group near a beautiful city.

Thomas and Cecilia were very responsive to our requests. They accommodated additional requests we had other than what was published in the listing. The patio was awesome. I would definitely go back if I visit Santa Ana again.

Vui was so kind and attentive We appreciated her willingness to let us check in early as we were evacuating from the Eaton fire.

Perfect stay. Everything was fantastic. Linda has done a great job creating a welcoming environment. The home has everything you need and more! I will stay here again.

Nickki's home is absolutely beautiful. It provided us the space we needed for our family's week stay. I really enjoyed the small touches that made us feel at home. The location is within minutes to grocery stores, gyms and many restaurants and beaches, it's very convenient. Nickki was responsive and if we needed something she made sure we received it. She also gave us some very good recommendations for local spots. This is a lovely, well taken care of home with a great host! I would definitely recommend and appreciate the experience.

We had a great, relaxing time with our two kids here! The space is clean and warm, with lots of outdoor area to enjoy. Great restaurant options, beaches, canals and parks all within close walking distance made it easy to barely leave the neighborhood during our whole stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was as described. A comfortable 2BR in a modern apartment building. Communication was a bit impersonal (clearly this place is owned by a large company with many units), but all needs were addressed promptly. The area wasn’t really walkable to anything, but that’s presumably par for the course in this region. Short drives to 405, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
