Wow! This place is a peaceful oasis in the midst of busy Austin! This refuge that Cynthia and Bobby have created is centrally located to downtown, yet, once you pull in, you feel you are staying in a getaway in the country. We were welcomed with soothing music from Willie Nelson, a spacious living room and open floor plan, and quiet, and very comfortable bedrooms. There was also a friendly outdoor cat who greeted us and brought joy to my daughter. We do hope to visit again when we are back in Austin as this AirBNB was one of the top highlights on our trip!

This is our third stay here and it will definitely not be the last. Is it exaggerating to say that it’s magical? Probably. But it feels that way to my family of 6. My kids are 10, 13, 15 and 17 we have made some core memories here. It’s comfortable and so, so private. The surroundings are beautiful. It’s close enough to Austin and San Antonio to do day trips, but you could relax at the house all week and never need to leave. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and all areas of the house were well stocked. The pool area and screen room were the perfect combination for the sunny days and March madness! All of the beds are comfy, which we all know can make or break a trip. We arrived super late and the hosts left the lights on for us to make our arrival smooth. They were incredibly thoughtful. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Wonderful place to stay with family and kids. Toll 130 makes it convenient to family in Georgetown and to many family entertainment places closeby. The pool table kept 2 10-year-olds busy for one evening. The large Texas themed table seated 8 and was good for conversation. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Overall, you could tell that Kerri is a thoughtful host.

The house is in a little neighborhood, felt very safe! 15 minute uber ride to pretty much everything. House was exactly like the pictures, and even better in person. Jackie was the best host! We had a couple of minor mishaps, but Jackie was extremely responsive, and really went out of her way to make this an incredible stay! Also I greatly appreciated that everything in the house was labeled, so we never had to search for anything. Also since Jackie has been doing this for so long, she has a build up of extra supplies (cups, plastic wear/paper products). If I am ever back in Austin, I would definitely stay here again!!

Communication was seamless and they were helpful and friendly from booking to checkout. Beautiful condo for my family of 7. Peaceful, serene and super relaxing! We loved the beach club and the golf cart offered was enjoyed by the whole family. Such a beautiful experience and we loved how each room had its own TV. The condo was super clean, very modern and very comfortable for a big family with little kids. I DEFINITELY recommend if you’re staying in Austin.

Just a warning that it might be hard to get your kids to leave and get out the door :) Also if visiting the ladybird Johnson wildlife center make sure you have a proper stroller or use the one at the house.

Randy & Jeannine were wonderful hosts! They made sure to stay in touch with us during our stay & were quick to respond! The house was so cute and felt like home! The only thing I will say is that the air bnb is a duplex. I didn’t realize it was when booking. However the neighbors weren’t a problem at all! 5 of us stayed in the house and it was just enough space! Can’t wait for another trip to Austin!

We had a great stay at Bryan’s place. It was super clean, in a great location, and comfortably fit our group of 6. Checking in is super easy, and there are clear instructions for everything you need. We arrived much later than expected due to severe weather and were able to check in without any problems just based on the instructions from Bryan. Excellent communication!

I don’t normally write reviews so I will be brief. My family lives on the gulf coast and was displaced during hurricane Beryl. We booked this place just being happy to have a place to go while waiting to return home. The house was perfect for our whole family. The price was very reasonable and the hosts were great about communicating. I would definitely recommend this property for families. This property is not for loud groups as they are serious about quiet hours. I however totally appreciated having that during our time there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean and had plenty of space. Gina was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful getaway. A bit of a drive from the main road but that was expected. The two donkeys (Buckshot and Bullet) on the property were funny. Randomly would hear them outside. Never got a chance to go and interact with them but it was nice to see. We also saw wild deer grazing the land in the evening hours. Thank you for hosting us!

Mary was an excellent host, her home was very inviting and cozy. I enjoyed all the additional amenities such as the air fryer and the extra electronic charging ports in the home. My kids enjoyed all the games that were set up in the garage, which was excellent to have and kept them busy when we were at the house. I appreciate how responsive Mary was and the fun recommendations she provided for me and my family. This home will definitely the first place I will look for on our next trip to Round Rock!!!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

The accommodation at Rick's was great. It is located in a quiet area. We were looking for accommodation close to The Salt Lick and this accommodation is not only close but also offers everything we needed. It is definitely suitable for long term stays. It is a small apartment that has a fully equipped kitchen including stove and oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker (coffee was provided). All utensils, spices, cleaning products... The nook with a small sofa and table was also nice. Quiet beautiful place with a view of the horses. Sorry we only spent one night in the area. If we can ever return, we will definitely stay at Rick's again.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a girls trip. We had the BEST time! Jasons place is in a perfect location, excellent amenities, beautiful views, great atmosphere, quiet and private but also the lobby area and pool deck are great spaces to hang out! Absolutely worth the price, will definitely stay here again.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.
