Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

Fabulous location and luxurious finishes! We were in town for a wedding at south congress hotel and this location could not be beat!

Can't say enough about how incredible the host and this place was! Wanted to move-in the moment I got there and didn't want to leave (like, ever). Was hotel-level clean and sanitized upon arrival (take your shoes off at the front door, don't-touch-anything-until-you-soak-it-all-in type of vibes), and just the perfect spot. Neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful at night, so you can count on good sleep and the mattress, bedding, and linens are EXTRA comfortable. Great water pressure and extra clean bathroom (actually everything is spotless). Perfect balance of charm, uniqueness, and most important, light and bright, open and CLEAN! Walks around the neighborhood were great exercise and driving proximity to I-35 was great for everything (H-E-B grocery is 5 min away). You will LOVE this place. The best of ALL worlds. Completely private, no shared walls, private entrance, quiet, clean, perfect garage apartment and close to everything. Did I say CLEAN? And quiet? Say WHAT?!? Book it!

Such a cute place with artistic decor and in a stupendous location! Walkable to Rosie’s wine bar, Clark’s Oyster Bar, Swedish Cafe, Howard’s, Taco Flats around the corner, along with Josephine House and Jeffrey’s. Quiet Neighborhood and a stone’s throw from downtown.

Fantastic space that is private, roomy, well appointed and very well designed. Highly recommended.

Luis was very helpful and response. The unit was great and very comfortable. He answered all our questions while we stayed there. There were no extra blankets to use while watching tv, but otherwise the Airbnb was great.

Christina was a wonderful host! My toddler and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is such a vibe. It’s tranquil relaxing, peaceful, and literally looks exactly like the photos. Christina is responsive and checks in frequently to make sure things are going great. I’ll never stay anywhere else while in Austin. This place felt like my home away from home.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The moment we stepped in it smelled so clean and the place looked spotless. It felt so much bigger in person than it looked like in the pictures. It was also so cozy and inviting. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on and I promise I’m not exaggerating. Josh and Amiee had so many accommodations especially with their binder of recommended places to go to, their collection of dvds, bathroom essentials, bath robes and towels. It genuinely felt like it was our home for the weekend. Josh and Amiee checked up on us throughout the weekend and even left a welcome note for us and left the light on for us when we told them we would be coming a little later than expected. So sweet. I would 100 percent recommend this place to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

Great for what I needed! A stay near downtown while at a conference.

Great apartment located in a fun, walkable, and easily accessible neighborhood in Austin. Close to amazing food, restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Our hosts had great recommendations listed, their studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Congress Ave is not far away and walkable. Parking is on the street but right in front of the studio so it's not an issue. Grind your own coffee beans in the morning, almost every style of brewing available in the kitchen! The bed is very comfortable. I would say the studio is perfect for 2 guests only.

This place is perfect for a group of friends! There's plenty of space, and it's just a short drive from downtown Austin. Parking within the complex was hassle-free, and locating the apartment was a breeze.

We had an amazing stay at Flor’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to our office, restaurants, bars, shopping and to be right in the Domain is an absolute plus. Flor was an incredible host, super responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. The little touches like welcome snacks, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, Keurig made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin!

Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

I’d highly recommend staying here during your visit to Austin! Great location, quick & helpful responses from Dakota, beautiful roof top pool (bonus, it was heated). We had a great stay, comfy beds & nicer than average pullout couch. I would note that there wasn’t a hot tub or ceiling fans. But it’s was clean and as expected otherwise. Would definitely stay again.

Steven was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful. We experienced a last-minute emergency and weren’t able to check in on time. He was extremely proactive made all the appropriate arrangements to accommodate me, he was quick to respond. Highly recommended we will absolutely visit again.

Great place, clean and as advertised. The only issue is the WiFi. You have to send the host your MAC Address in order for them to add you to the WiFi. Which in theory is no issue, however, sometimes if you’re trying to access the WiFi and they are not near their phone it could be hours before they add that device to their network. One the device is connected, it’s good for the whole stay. Just really annoying if you want to connect your laptop to get work done and you have to wait on the host to get back to you.

Wendy's place was amazing! Wendy's was very detailed on her instructions/directions on where and how to get in the unit. There was no confusion. Absolutely love the unit. It was clean, spacious and had amazing views. Loved our time there! Fuller Family

We had a lovely experience at this airbnb! it exceeded my expectations & was well worth the listed price. gorgeous condo with amazing views! very peaceful & quiet. hardly anyone was there & i felt safe! had everything we needed, the restaurant was delicious & had great views! i will definitely be coming back.
