My friend and I enjoyed staying at Jen and Steven's Airbnb. It was convenient for us to meet up with friends in various parts of Austin and to be close to the venue of the concert we attended.

The place was great! Plenty of space. The gym was a fantastic amenity. Communication with the host was always fast and effective. Location was perfect.

Iras place is perfectly located at walking distance from beautiful town lake bike and hike trail, restaurants, pharmacy, H-E-B, etc.. And the unit is even better than in pictures, microwave wasn’t working but everything else was perfect!

Fantastic location in a brand new building. Highly recommend. This studio space is in a large condo complex on the edge of downtown, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, bars -- all the good stuff Austin has. There is currently construction going on across the street. When it's done, there will be a big park and greenway right outside the front door. One thing to note, the host charges $25/hour if you ask for a late check out. I've never come across this before on AirBnb, so I thought I should mention it. Host is super responsive, though.

I will have to say out of all the reviews I’ve written this is in my top 2. Had so much stuff to offer, qtips, makeup cleaner, towels just for makeup, seasoning, full kitchen, pillow galore. I was stunned. Will stay there next week and anytime I come to Austin

Loved this place!!! Right in the middle of everything. Home was comfortable. Being right in the middle of the Domain was so much fun. We tried all the different restaurants which were just a walk away!

Amazing experience here. I’ve had issues with other airbnbs in the past being different than the listing but in this case It was a totally different story. The pictures legitimately don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful apartment that actually feels clean. I NEVER use the dishes or cooking utensils provided by hosts but I didn’t have a problem with it here. The mattress was so comfy as well. I literally took a picture of the brand tag so I could get the same one for myself haha! Location is good with a beautiful scenic riverfront walk right outside. All in all loved it and definitely going to come back.

This apartment was located in a great spot very close to the main walking trail making it easy to walk from one end of the city to the other. The apartment is located on a high floor with floor to ceiling windows. The staff in the building were very friendly. There was a nicely equipped gym and a pool in the building as well. It was very clean and a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Austin.

Great place to stay! The view was great, had all basic necessities. Could use some extra blankets and a full length mirror. Lots of construction in the area, and some noise for the freeway, however tolerable. Would stay here again!

I absolutely loved the location of Bre’s listing! Everything was clean, organized and the process was easy to check in! There was plenty of street parking which I really appreciated too.

If you are looking for a clean, modern space to enjoy breathtaking view of the hill country and city from on your breaks from exploring Austin, this is the perfect rental! Very centrally located, check-in and check-out were extremely easy and the apartment is so much more spacious than the photos. Highly recommend and will book again for my next Austin visit!

We had a great time at William’s! The condo is pristine, with a nice gym and heated pool. There’s also a cute coffee shop/wine bar downstairs. The nearby Rainey Street doesn’t have quite as much as it used to due to new construction in the area (you can’t hear anything in the condo), but you can Uber to East Austin, South First, and Downtown in 5-10 mins so it’s still a super convenient location. Definitely recommend!

One of the best places I have stayed. A lot of care and investment has been put into this house, it's incredibly equipped with modern features and actually feels like a home. This would be my top choice if staying in Austin

We had an amazing stay at this house in Austin! The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The pool and outdoor area were a highlight, giving us the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Austin weather. We were especially impressed by the integrated speaker system and the tech setup throughout the house—every TV was set up for streaming, and there were chargers conveniently placed in multiple spots. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. A bonus feature was the separate apartment, which provided extra privacy and space. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Austin, especially with a group!

The house is very spacious, and well furnished. Kitchen has all the appliances you could want, all in working order. The plates and glassware were not plastic and were plentiful. There is a full size washer and dryer. The neighborhood is well maintained and peaceful. It is also well located. We were in town for a family visit, and on one evening had the whole crew of nine over and did not feel cramped at all, and that was inside. Back yard is very large with large covered patio. We would definitely rent this property again if we are in Austin.
