We had an amazing 2-week stay at the house. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and the host was very helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, with beautiful ski and hiking tracks starting right behind the house.

I had an amazing time at Henning's Airbnb as a solo traveller. The house is clean, very warm and well stocked. The location is absolutely magical overlooking the fjord and the mighty looming Lyngen Alps. You are within driving distance of Skibotn and the Nordlysveien (Northern Lights Route) leading into Finland, as-well as the island of Skjervøya, which has some great walks leading to amazing viewpoints. From the backyard begins a snowshoe trail leading up to Dalberghytta, reasonably difficult in the deep snow but quite an experience to do the trail start to finish directly from the house. I was able to borrow snowshoes from Henning and once at the top you're rewarded with a spectacular view of the Apls. I spent my nights driving further out to photograph the Aurora, however on clear nights with solar activity you need not leave the vicinity to get a great show. This place is 100% recommended, thanks again!

Exceptional. A home from home feeling. Absolutely the place to recharge yourself. Put the fire on, get your book out, and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and mountains. Go to bed, open the window, feel the fresh cold sea breeze flow through the room and fall asleep with the waves hitting the rocks. No need counting sheep, your gone ZZzzz. Communication was excellent, instructions clear and super warm upon arrival. Everything you could ask for in the home. We have stayed in many places, and many have left you wishing you had packed something! NOT HERE. The small details that make you feel you have chosen the right home are important. I had my reservations over jacuzzi, but this one was perfect. Super-hot with great sea view of the mountains. Getting here was relaxed, the views are spectacular, and the roads are cleared. Beautiful and peaceful place to rest and relax ourselves after 2 weeks of travel. Surrounding is quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Host is responsive, ensure we checked in smoothly and everything fine in the villa.
