The apartment is rather simple, the house a little outdated. However, the equipment is very well thought out - from the bottle opener to the parasol to the trolley for shopping or a visit to the beach, everything is there. The price is absolutely reasonable, especially if you are traveling with several people or as a family. The location is unbeatable. The beach, restaurants and ice cream parlors, shopping - everything can be easily done on foot. But the best thing was definitely Maria-Assunta: super warm and hospitable and always available for questions, absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely recommended!!!For several years , when I go to Cecina ,I always stop at the house from Marco!!always perfect ,clean, warm and cozy!In 3-5 minutes you are close to everything even on foot. Free parking around. Carini space outside with coffee table and chairs that you can have lunch or drink coffee with good days. Quiet and quiet area that will not disturb sleep is rest!!!Thank you so much !!!
