Villa vacation rentals in Roseto degli Abruzzi

The house is pleasant. Good kitchen, where everything is available. Bathroom, living room everything works well. A great outdoor space. Plenty of privacy and quiet. The neighbors are Valentina's in-laws. Very nice and welcoming people. Wonderful pool with a view of the sea. Many nice places (e.g. San Benedetto and Ascoli Piceno) nearby that are worth a visit. By car to the beach is 5 minutes by car by car. You can go to the public beach, but there are also nice beach bars where you can rent a lounger etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely relaxing time there. Repeatable.

This was a perfect spot for us to visit family. We were able to swim in the pool and felt safe in the home. Miranda always communicated back immediately when we needed something. Lots of room for a big family or group.

Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

We (four adults and two children) enjoyed staying with Paul and May very much. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts - exactly as described and seen in the photos.

Beautiful location, large, clean and equipped with everything, just as described, immersed in the relaxation on the hill. Great as a base to go to the sea (15 minutes by car) but also allows you to spend entire days by the pool. Check-in and assistance throughout the stay, Rita assured, attentive and always kind. a beautiful place in the hills of pineto. with the beach in walking distance and the house already being in the hills there were many routes for walks close by and national parks for hikes in about 1h from the villa by car. personal suggestion if you are the sportive type: rent a mountain bike and go for rides in the beautiful hills! Valentina was very nice and supportive when we had any problems.

We were guests for a week as a family with friends and two little girls. The house is large and in a good location. Pietro was always very helpful even though we never met. Everything went well, unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the garden at all because there were too many mosquitoes, really too many. In the house everything is available, and it is very spacious so comfortable. There are many nice beaches around. I recommend it for a vacation with family and friends.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

We enjoyed our stay at Lemonvilla. House on a hill with wonderful views. Marcus was very helpful with detailed instructions on local excursions and excellent restaurants to drive to. The house is very well equipped, new and clean. Thank you for our stay.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

For me and my family this was one of the most relaxing vacations in one of the most beautiful homes we have ever had. Tina, who manages the house, is very responsive and a small problem with the hot water was fixed immediately. She knows the area very well and has lots of good recommendations. And if you ask nicely, she will gladly reserve a table in one of the many restaurants where no other language is spoken except Italian. You should also be prepared for hot weather and that the house has no air conditioning. I could only sleep badly at night because of the hear and you didn't want to open the windows wide because of the lack of mosquito nets. And if you are tall - like me - you should know that the beds are only 190 cm long. For families with small children I would not recommend the house. The two bedrooms in the Cube are not connected with each other or with the main house and up at the pool are few places where small children could fall off and hurt themselves badly.

Better than the pictures! An amazing property in its own right but also only 10-20 min (driving) from beautiful hilltop towns and beaches with world class pastries, gelato, restaurants. Would absolutely go back.

We really enjoyed our week in the house with all the advantages the house had to offer! Our hosts were also very nice people who welcomed us warmly with a welcome beer and wine. A place we'll be happy to remember!

We stayed at Villa Aurora in August, we were six adults and five children from zero to seven years old and we all had a great time! The house is cared for in every detail both inside and out, one of the rare cases where the reality is even better than the photos! Stefano and his family were very kind and attentive to our every need. They gave us great tips on what to visit and where to eat, in the morning they also brought us the fresh figs from their tree! The house is so beautiful and cool that between Ping pong, foosball and pool you could never go out, but around the house there are all the amenities. The overflow coast and the historic center of Vasto are less than a 10-minute drive away. We had a great time and hope to be back as soon as possible!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment! Everything we needed for our first days was well organized. Carlo even left a bottle of wine as a gift, which was a lovely touch. The pool was clean, the bedding fresh, and all the essentials for a great vacation were provided. You don’t need to worry about anything—Carlo is always available, very communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend staying here!

The place was perfect and we are very happy to highly recommend it. A beautiful setting overlooking fabulous mountain views - all amazing to enjoy from the excellent private pool. Wonderful apartment on a property with 5 apartments. We were the only tenant on the complex and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Beautiful views of the mountain peaks of Sibillini, a nice swimming pool and a nice village a 5-minute drive away. In the area, some certainty in your driving skills is needed

The villa is perfectly in line with the description, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. We also received information on points of interest in the area and the exchange with the host was always quick and clear. The host was very attentive to the needs of my family, especially the little ones, I really appreciated it. I definitely recommend the place.

I consider Erwin’s place one of the best places we have been in. He was very helpful and gave us 2 documents with instructions and recommendations The house was spotless, and the pool was amazing. The house is surrounded by a breathtaking view. On the second day, he came over and gave me the instructions in person which was Fab. I highly recommend his place.

Wonderful stay in a very quiet area of vastness. Access to many restaurants and lots of activities within a twenty-minute drive. Matteo is very helpful and not at all intrusive. The entire set of accommodations is very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature. We will definitely be back

The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.
