It is a brand-new property, well-designed, and comfortable to stay. The beautiful beach is just across the road. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the car park is very convenient right downstairs. The lift is helpful if you have luggage.

Giordano is a great host. Very helpful, flexible in hours, and really accurate. The building is comfortable and tailored to a couple or family with a small child, it is a stone's throw from the historic center. Open paid parking (cost) is available nearby. It was a good experience.

Spacious, spacious, and clean. We felt right at home. It is equipped with all primary comforts. Anna or the host was very kind and helpful both before, during and after booking. 5 minutes by car from downtown and the sea. Nearby on foot we can find several well-connected supermarkets. Finally, the area where the accommodation is located is very quiet and it is very easy to find parking right in front.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

Very clean and well-placed apartment, close walk to the beach and right in the city centre so near to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Spotless bed linen and towels and extremely comfy beds. We hope to return.

Luigi and Antonia were excellent hosts! The place is super cute and we felt right at home. It’s about a 15 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The mountains are gorgeous and we really enjoyed the drive. I would recommend this place if you want to relax and recharge and enjoy some natural beauty.

Very nice house in the historic center of Ovindoli from where you can reach all the amenities in a very short time. The house allows you to stay in a group, but at the same time, given the arrangement on several floors, it also allows privacy. We found everything you need to stay and beyond (even coffee pods). Stefano was available to provide us with information and support us in case of need and very flexible in check-in and check-out, which in fact allowed us to enjoy on the floor of the day of arrival and departure. Recommended

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and more! Reserved parking in front of the entrance. A nice view from the living room terraces and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where you can find the supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The historic center is beautiful by day, evocative at night. You can get to the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena, etc.) but also in the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady immediately responds to messages

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the view is breathtaking. Franco is a discreet host but extremely available and responsive. Communication was excellent before we arrived and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many more wonderful walks than the other. One thing is for sure: if we can come back to this place, we will not hesitate for a second!

Excellent structure, very clean, cozy, in a quiet area and close to the center of Chieti. The owner is a delight and very helpful. I highly recommend the property!

Great accommodation, 2 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and TV, the living room kitchen and also equipped with TV and air conditioning. Nearby there are restaurants, bar, bakery, parapharmacy, fruits and vegetables at Km 0 and a small supermarket, then a few meters away you enter the beautiful pine forest a few meters from the sea. We had a great time with our dog and would like to go back.

Basically everything was as expected. Excellent value place to stay. The host also resolved the issue we caused with flexibility and patience, and a special thanks for that. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beach is really just a few steps away, and we really liked it. Overall, we were very satisfied, we can only recommend it to everyone.

Antonio and Simona are great hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and with spacious and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows from different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. Beautiful terrace that revolves around the property and guarantees a cool house even without the use of the air conditioner, however present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the beachfront parking spot and the beach gear that hosts provide are a very welcome additional plus. A mention of honor goes to the availability, kindness, hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as longtime friends, not guests. We'll always take them to the heart. We really recommend their home. We'll definitely be back

We had a lovely stay at Adrinao’s. It was clean, kitchen was fully stocked with all you could need. He was very responsive to our questions and very friendly. The location is a quick drive to the sea. We would recommend a stay at Adriano’s!

Lovely apartment close to beach and lots to do in Grottamare

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!

Awesome place to recover your mental health. The view is unbelievable! We stayed here for about a month and it was sad to leave. My wife and I spent happy time here. We will definitely come back. Francesco is a great owner, probably one of the best we’ve met so far.
