My kids and I loved Janine's Happy Tree House. We felt right at home from the start and the space was perfect for our trip to DC/Baltimore. The bed was so comfortable and my kids loved the trampoline area. Janine was super helpful with recommendations and directions in the area and so friendly and accommodating. It felt like we had known her for years and we're visiting old friends. We will definitely book again next time we are in the area.

This place was perfect for what we needed, which was a place to call home at night after a long day of touring. The bedrooms were adequate and had comfortable bedding. The downstairs area was great for our teenagers to hang out and play games. The first night we couldn't figure out how the downstairs thermostat worked. I contacted Becca in the morning and within an hour a maintenance man was there to help us. The location is in a peaceful and within 10 minutes of mass transit and places to eat. About 35 minutes to DC by the time you park and take the Metro. I would highly recommend this for groups who are looking for a safe and affordable place to base out of while touring DC.

Ayda was very helpful as I needed a baby crib and she went above and beyond to find me one. It is an older home but everything worked well and it served it's purpose. Very well stocked kitchen made it easy to make food all week. Floors are creaky but that's common in an older house. Adya was very helpful when I needed more dishwasher detergent and was very kind in offering to mail an object I forgot.

This was what I needed for temporary housing, sealed off studio in the house with its own entry and kitchenette. New appliances and lots of shelves to store things. Marcela was super responsive, replacing a fan in the bathroom and helping with the shower door when I managed to get it stuck before taking my shower. Super friendly family. Highly recommend this studio.
