Monthly Rentals in Rosario Islands

We spent 2 1/2 months in Claudia's apartment, everything was perfect and the location is great because you can get everywhere on foot. The area is safe, the guards are friendly, the building is well maintained. Claudia is very responsive, she responds quickly to messages. Loved our stay at this beautiful apartment.

Felt right at home.Enjoyed the sea view on the large balcony having coffee in the mornings and dinner later. The apartment is perfect for a couple.Definitely going to miss the rooftop pools with amazing views.The location was very walkable to beaches, groceries, restaurants and city attractions. Great communication with Oscar would book again another time.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at Itaca. It is a one-of-a-kind experience with a true private island feel. Situated on the tip of the island you have beautiful ocean views at all times. The accommodations are simple because of the natural environment. And while “rustic”, everything is clean and comfortable and totally worth sacrificing luxury amenities for the unique outdoor experience. If you are a group that knows how to sit and chill, this spot is perfect. Easy private 2pm arrival by boat from Baru which the host set up for us. Easy to get boat rides to fish or go visit other islands. We had the host do grocery shopping for us and we had most meals at the property so we could relax and this was the best decision ever. They did great job shopping, all fruits and vegetables were very fresh and delicious. We caught fish and lobster and purchased more fish and lobster to be the main course of our meals. Beautiful blue water. Great ocean breeze. Friendly people. Diamond in the rough.

The staff was very kind and were always willing to help. Keep in mind there is no AC and the water is not always consistent. We did not find much issue in that, but some guests might. It was definitely an eco hostal experience which felt more responsible as a traveler. Also it was in walking distance of Playa Libre and a small market that had all the prices listed which was very nice. We had a great time staying here!
