The apartment is super comfortable. It's meters from Parque España and the river. Going for a walk there at night is always nice because of the view and the temperature. It is strategically located in a central area which means that there are always things to do, places to eat delicious food and transportation to any part of the city. Very satisfied.

The apartment is perfect for normal stays for one person. All appliances and facilities work perfectly. Alejandro took care of a small problem and came 4 times in a few hours to solve it. The extra security is provided by the modern kitchen with safety valves on each burner. The place is downtown with excellent transportation less than 200 meters away in all directions. Check-in and check-out were agreed upon and allowed me to have better options for arrival and departure. Very comfortable and tasteful, as well as practical and everything is almost new. Everything was superlatively clean.

Daniel's place is simply great. The location is perfect as everything is pretty much one or two blocks away (such as supermarkets, laundromat, bank, bus stops). From the apartment, the river is just a few blocks away. The apartment itself is very comfortable. I stayed almost three months and it had everything I needed. The only thing that is missing is the washing machine, but the nearby laundromat is very close and efficient. The view from the balcony (both in the living room and bedroom) is great, as you can enjoy the sunrise every morning. Daniel himself is a great host. Very responsive and always ready to help if you need something. Highly recommended!

Very flexible and understanding, quick response time, and a friendly host! the house is small but has everything you need, and is in a great location next to many things!
