Located in one of the best residential areas of Almería, the environment is surrounded by houses with gardens and common green areas. A few meters away there is a mini-market and it is connected to the promenade from where the sunrise and sunsets in the afternoon are especially pleasant. On windy days it is a perfect area for surfing sports.

Our second stay at this stunning apartment 😍 the apartment is fantastic everything you could possibly need 😍 and the location is picture postcard so very beautiful and just a few steps from the massive outdoor deck , aguadulce is just beautiful and within walking distance cannot wait to come back next year ❤️

Wow. What a beautiful apartment - very spacious for our family of five, well-equipped and the view from the large balcony was as breathtaking as it looks! Great location too - we walked to the old town, and had a supermarket and restaurants on our doorstep. Maria was as brilliant a host as any - so responsive, accommodating and friendly. Thank you!

Economic loft with Sea views

The property is ideally located, especially if you love the beach. It's literally 2 minutes walk away. It's clean and tidy, and has the amenities you need. I think it would benefit from wifi, but it wasn't a huge problem for me as I had unlimited data on my phone contract. I can't comment on the local amenities as my friends were staying at the other end of the Playa Serena so I spent my time at their location. However, I have been to Roquetas de mar maybe 20 times, so I must like it there. If I come back, I'd certainly consider staying here again. It's great value for money.

The stay was comfortable and the location was good as we could walk to most things. The beach is directly out the front and has a public beach shower right at the access so you don't have to worry about finding one. There is a large grocery store (Consum) about 7 min walk from the home and it has a great selection and very good hours of operation . We found it very central to visit the surrounding communities of which there are several within 15 minutes drive.

Gines was very friendly and helped us with everything we wanted. Super! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There where several nice restaurants just outside and parking a car was never a problem. If we come back to Roquetas d M we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing terrace by the sea

We were very happy with the apartment, it was very functional, large, plenty of light, nice bathrooms with great showers, we had everything we needed and the terrace with direct sea view was just amazing! The position of the apartment was also excellent, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently reached by car. There was a bit of noise coming from the neighbors (loud TV on same wall with bedroom) and also the smell of cooking came through the bathroom ventilation when neighbors were cooking. This is not something Salva can control, so I didn't take it as a direct negative point for his beautiful apartment, plus he is already putting solutions in place for these issue :) Salva is a great host, he met us directly for check in, he was very responsive for an issue we had with the coffee machine (he brought us a new one!), and we had a great time here in beautiful Aguadulce.

Bernardo was a kind and helpful host. We were late for check-in and they attended to us promptly. We had a little problem with the shutter and they promptly attended to us and resolved it. We returned earlier but for personal matters, not because of the accommodation, which was excellent for our purpose and served us super well. I recommend it!
