The terrace is as advertised. Spent lots of time lounging in the sun and admiring the beautiful view. Very well appointed apartment, everything you could need to enjoy the terrace, beach, cook meals, etc. Loved Almeria and this is a great location from which to explore, 30 minutes of walking takes you pretty much anywhere you'd like to go. Maria was absolutely lovely to deal with. Appreciated the time she took to walk us through the apartment at check in.

Sebastian was very accommodating and made sure we felt right at home. We travelled with our toddler and baby and he had everything we needed. The house is equipped with everything, the location couldn’t get any better and he is super responsive and friendly. We are definitely coming back!!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for two people. Furthermore, the apartment is centrally located. Communication with Ivan was always great and quick. The only tiny flaw is the parking situation. Here we had to park in the parking garage. At €20 a day, however, that was somewhat bearable. We would come back.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment. The photos are very accurate, apart from a nice surprise that there are actually two bathrooms. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. It has good reliable WiFi, comfortable beds and was well equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The balcony is the best part of the apartment with comfortable seating, sun all day, and beautiful views over the marina and the beach. It was a bonus there was also access to a tennis court. Overall, we had a great time in the apartment.

Everything was as we expected and same like in the picture,size of the rooms ok , very clean and well equipped. The size of the terrace is very large ( very big ) . The apartment is very close to the beach some nice restaurants nearby where we can eat some nice fresh fish, shops not very far and for more shopping a big shopping centre is 5 min far . The host very nice and polite more then hosts us to be as usual, we arrive a day later and he offer as to stay one day more without to pay extra charges, for the check in as well he was very flexible. Thank you very much for the hospitality and hope to be back soon

We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀
