Apartment vacation rentals in Roosevelt Roads

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

Arena's place was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood next to the beach. The apartment was fully functional. There was a little balcony that we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. The bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable. They each had a firm queen bed with quality bedding as well as excellent AC and fans. The living area, kitchen and bathroom were adequate but not posh. Those rooms could use some updating, though this was not our priority. We felt fortunate to find this apartment at a reasonable price given the perfect location. Arenas was all we hope for in a host: responsive, professional and friendly. We would stay here again.

wonderful experience! Jose's place is spacious, clean and in a great, safe location. very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. it is highly recommended! Jose was also kind enough to allow a late check out due to our flight being late at night. no complains, very happy with the stay and experience!

Julia was great! unit was available for early check in, she's very responsive and kind. great clean little place!!! locals were all friendly, grocery store around the corner and close to the marina and other activities.

The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

This is the second time staying at Jose's place and we are always happy with it. Location is great for Ubering to old san juan, and La Placita at night. Parking is great, he has everything you need with private entrance, you feel safe, and place is always clean. If you are planning on staying here don't think twice just book. Price is great and Location is great.

I definitely recommend staying here when in the San Juan area! The place was cute and well kept. Also very close to viejo/old San Juan. It was in a residential area but it was quiet, we always felt safe, and had a parking spot off the street. Definitely follow the address/coordinates given to you instead of typing in the address in a Maps application. It's spacious enough for two people. One thing to consider is that the place has stairs, which is difficult when getting luggage inside. Regardless, I would stay again! Steven was also super responsive and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

The location was very convenient and it was nice to have two bathrooms (one quite spacious and the other smaller). AC kept the place quite cool but we were comfortable with open windows and fans--it was humid but that's Puerto Rico! The kitchen had everything we needed and we put the coffeemaker and coffee to good use. The balcony and rooftop were very nice. The place met our needs well!

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

Manuel was really communicative with us and the house was fabulous. We loved hanging out on the deck and eating dinner while watching the sunset. We saw parrots from the deck too. The location is fabulous. Very close to the airport but tucked into a neighborhood. Great air conditioner. We would stay here again. Thanks Manuel!

Very peaceful place. Very clean. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows. He provided beach towels too. Friendly neighbor. Walkable distance to the beach. Bakery , supermarket, pharmacy very close too. Washer and dryer also. Ariel is very responsive. Will be back very soon.

This was such a great place to stay, felt right at home. When I come back to pr I would definitely book this place to stay again. Everything was just like the pictures. Great location right next to the airport. Short drive or uber ride to main areas. I liked how they had a cooler and beach chairs. Overall I had a great stay here.

This is my second time staying at Amy's Airbnb and honestly it was once again a pleasure to stay in such a great location, the place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and makes you feel like home. Will always recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Rico and having an authentic Puerto Rican experience. It's located in a great area where everything is near by, great restaurants surrounding the area and in a walkable distance. Amy is a great host, always responsive and really helpful, she gives the best local recommendations and helpful tips

The place was great after an original Airbnb left us locked out at our 4 am arrival , we were able to book this next day with short notice. The place gives you peace of mind with an accessible gated community. Condo has plenty of space the air conditioning was great you did not need it on at all majority of the time. WiFi, tv, and upstairs terrace were all great for down time! I will definitely book again the place was only 35 minutes from the Isla verde beaches and 15 away from visiting family! The apartment was very comfortable, cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities included a sparkling pool, wonderful hot tub, pool table, patio, and grill situated in beautiful, peaceful and private surroundings with views of the mountains in the distance. The host was kind, helpful, and always responsive.

Excellent place. I've stayed twice and I'll save it for future occasions. It has everything in the kitchen, all the necessary utensils and so on. I loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The building was nice and the security was very helpful! Location is unbeatable. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Located a short block from the beach. The assigned parking spot is a bit tight but will fit a small SUV. There is a partial ocean view from the condo which was nice! The pool is open until 9pm which was later than most buildings in the area. The host provided a cooler and beach towels which was appreciated! We will be back for sure!
