Maureen’s place is super clean! The space was just perfect. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Maureen is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We will be going back!

The location is perfect—just a short distance from Newark Penn Station, making travel to NYC incredibly easy and convenient. The accommodations were spotless, and Margaret is an exceptionally kind and helpful hostess. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

Wanda was such a wonderful hostess. Even tho she wasn’t with us, she responded to all questions and requests we had. It was a lovely home and I would recommend staying here.

The place was amazing! In such a great location with a bunch of actives and good restaurants. A very easy walk to the PATH station. The apartment was very spacious and cozy. Gina was super accommodating and met us at the apartment when we arrived. We were running late due to transit and they were so nice and waited for us. Definitely would recommend!

This home in Irvington was a perfect choice for our group! It was much bigger than the pictures let on, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The home is beautiful, with lovely decor and a welcoming atmosphere. It's also conveniently located, just a 30 minute drive to NYC, which made getting into the city a breeze depending on the time you went. If you're traveling with a large group, I highly recommend this place – it's spacious, comfortable, and in a great spot!

We booked last minute and Sumana was very responsive and got back to all our messages right away. The place felt welcoming and inviting. It had all the necessary amenities, very clean and warm during a snow day. Beds were very comfortable. We definitely recommend Sumana’s place for anyone looking to stay in the Newark area. The train stain was only 7 mins away and there are convenience stores in every corner.

Just was a great host. Very accommodating with the time that I needed. I was able to extend my stay multiple times. He kept the outside of the house clean and was very accommodating.

Very comfortable older home. Understand that this is the owner's actually home, not a typical airbnb rental. As part of the arrangement, we took care of Emily's two cats while she was away; the kitties are friendly and pretty much independent (feed them dry food, fill water, clean the litter); they'll hang out and sit next to you on the couch in the evening. If you're not into kitties, just don't stay here. My granddaughter got to play with Emily's son's toys. I made use of the kitchen to bake pies for our family holiday gathering. Did not get to use the grounds (porch or yard), bc it was frigid cold this December. We all enjoyed the lovely Christmas tree set up in the living room. Emily was flexible about check-in/checkout times too. Thank you, Emily. >^..^<

Defina is an amazing host great to work with responds quickly very helpful with directions into NYC. House was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 10 walking distance to the bus stop to get into NYC. Breakfast was an enjoyable plus definitely recommend Definas place we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Defina your the best

we had a wonderful time at comiccon in nyc. this place was a perfect distance away to be convenient and affordable we had a slight issue at check in but was resolved so fast so 5 stars all the way

This was our first time doing an Air BnB and Phil and Gio made the experience wonderful. It was a great start to 2025. The accommodation was safe, secure, had a wonderful view and was comfortable and relaxing. Gio was amazingly kind, friendly and knowledgeable of things to do and where to go. The area is full of lovely places to eat and drink and it is so easy to get into New York City. There is a great little shop up the road- K1- where we picked up treats every night. The bus stop is easy to get to, the bus is quick. I don’t think we will ever get another host as good as Gio. He has set the bar super high!

First time in Newark! It helped Newark penn station was 5 minutes away and only a 20 min ($6 ) train to new york. there was also a supermarket 1 min walking distance to get groceries. Loved it!

We loved our stay, you get what you pay for an space to rest and visit the city, very accessible to public transportation but gotta say the parking situation was an absolute nightmare, even tho it’s not the host responsibility at all it’s good to have it in mind.

Lee’s place was great. We arrived at a time that Lee was able to meet us when we checked in. It has all the amenities as described, was very close to 2 subway stations and was close to shops. We were also able to have laundry done twice during the stay which was very helpful.

Andrew is a pleasant host to stay with. He is responsive, transparent, and made me feel right at home. The place is spacious, clean, and comfortably him, which I appreciate. I recommend his stay.
