Maureen’s place is super clean! The space was just perfect. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Maureen is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We will be going back!

I had a great stay at Sean’s space. He was very responsive about any questions. Look forward to book again and would recommend for friends to stay here as well.

A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

Place was nice, clean, and quiet. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

Wanda was such a wonderful hostess. Even tho she wasn’t with us, she responded to all questions and requests we had. It was a lovely home and I would recommend staying here.

Just was a great host. Very accommodating with the time that I needed. I was able to extend my stay multiple times. He kept the outside of the house clean and was very accommodating.

Very comfortable older home. Understand that this is the owner's actually home, not a typical airbnb rental. As part of the arrangement, we took care of Emily's two cats while she was away; the kitties are friendly and pretty much independent (feed them dry food, fill water, clean the litter); they'll hang out and sit next to you on the couch in the evening. If you're not into kitties, just don't stay here. My granddaughter got to play with Emily's son's toys. I made use of the kitchen to bake pies for our family holiday gathering. Did not get to use the grounds (porch or yard), bc it was frigid cold this December. We all enjoyed the lovely Christmas tree set up in the living room. Emily was flexible about check-in/checkout times too. Thank you, Emily. >^..^<

Defina is an amazing host great to work with responds quickly very helpful with directions into NYC. House was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 10 walking distance to the bus stop to get into NYC. Breakfast was an enjoyable plus definitely recommend Definas place we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Defina your the best

we had a wonderful time at comiccon in nyc. this place was a perfect distance away to be convenient and affordable we had a slight issue at check in but was resolved so fast so 5 stars all the way

Phil & Gio were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home. Phil provided us with useful information on how to get around in the area. The place was very clean and it was easy to walk to the bus and light rail. We will definitely go back and recommend it to anyone!

Jalisa and Kershawn were super friendly and responsive. They always responded right away and had amazing recommendations for foods. The unit is so pretty and clean made me feel right at home. There is a supermarket a block away which is always a win for the days you want to cook and shopping area about 10 minute walk so great location.

Alex was super friendly and very responsive to all of our messages. The first night, he stayed up and made sure to wait for me and my girlfriend to get inside, even though we both had late arrivals. He gave some recommendations and was very accommodating. The room is definitely cozy and we both fit snugly, although we weren't in the apartment much because we were nearby the Metro and more. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay with a friendly host, this is the place to go!

My mom and I had a great stay at Lee’s house this weekend. The private room with en suite bathroom was perfect for our stay. The area was extremely safe, the space was very cozy and inviting, and Lee was very friendly. Everything was exactly as described. We look forward to staying here again in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the beautiful patio. Thank you, Lee!

Eleonora’s place in Greenpoint is a great option, particularly for a larger group. I slept on the very comfortable bed on the main floor, and there are two more beds on the lower level. Due to time constraints, I didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the jacuzzi tub or the backyard space. The location is close to two subway lines, and many good restaurants. We didn’t cross paths but Eleonora was very responsive and also accommodating, letting me check in an hour early, and then letting me leave my bag in the apartment until late afternoon.
