Villa vacation rentals in Rome

This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

A great, private, residential location about 10 minutes from the airport. We only stayed one night, before a trip back home, and having something so close to the airport was wonderful. Very secure entry to a single floor unit (no need to carry luggage up and down steps!) was an added bonus.

We spent 3 days at this beautiful property, the house is wonderful and furnished with care and love. Marco and Laura are great hosts, always available and kind. I highly recommend everyone to spend time in this magical place!

A place of peace close to Roma center. Very clean, well equipped, and Andrea has made it such a cozy, even romantic place, where you will feel at home immediately. A rare find with a nice garden and easy parking. The host lives nearby, speaks excellent English and was extremely friendly, proactive and helpful. Andrea has reached about perfection with this home. Check it out!!! You'll be very pleased, as I was.

This was the perfect space for a family vacation! My family and I picked this place so we can all stay there together to celebrate my moms wedding. This property was a dream. Very clean, charming, spacious, and great location. We loved our stay there. We rented all of the house but that was more than enough. We even had extra beds. Definitely a big home. The owner was super sweet, and the person in charge of the rental were super easy to deal with. The check inn and the check out were super easy. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We would love to come back! A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

nice stay for the price ratio

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

we booked the largest portion of the villa, with garden and swimming pool for exclusive use. the location is wonderful. I highly recommend it. the owners are very helpful and kind. wonderful vacation.

Ivano was immediately warm and kind from the moment we booked the house. We were a fairly large group of people and despite this Ivano did everything to meet our needs. The house is wonderful and we had a very nice New Year's Eve. I highly recommend it

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Fabio was an amazing host. Incredibly kind and helpful! He waited for us at the Airbnb and showed us all in detail. Thanks for the goodies lefts for us!!! He was of great help to find public transport into the tourist sites which we really appreciated!! The house was just ABSOLUTELY impecable, very modern (a rare find in Rome!!!!) and soooo spacious!! There were 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other! It takes a bit of time and knowledge to sort out transport but once done, it is very easy to get into the city. We took the bus 31 towards EUR Magliana metro (if you get up early you can use their $1.50 euro carpark) and then metro it very quickly everywhere. The only issue is that the buses were unreliable but once on the metro it was SUPER EASY! Thanks so much Fabio! We highly recommend this Airbnb to all!!

Just what you expect, clean kitchen, clean bathroom and a clean bed at the end of the day….hot shower and a few snacks were provided.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Wonderful holiday in a top location!

Monica was so nice and very helpful when asked. Gave us lots of recommendations. Her house was amazing and clean and very big and comfortable. We were six people and fit perfectly fine. All the rooms were big and comfortable. All the outside was beautiful. We liked that she had a lemon tree in the backyard. I would recommend 100 percent to everyone who is planning to visit Rome, Italy. Amazing place to stay five stars for me.

Domus's place was immaculate, beautiful, and situated in a breathtaking location. The host was kind and helpful. It is a great place to book if you are interested in staying near Rome, but away from the crowds.

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.
