This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

A great, private, residential location about 10 minutes from the airport. We only stayed one night, before a trip back home, and having something so close to the airport was wonderful. Very secure entry to a single floor unit (no need to carry luggage up and down steps!) was an added bonus.

A place of peace close to Roma center. Very clean, well equipped, and Andrea has made it such a cozy, even romantic place, where you will feel at home immediately. A rare find with a nice garden and easy parking. The host lives nearby, speaks excellent English and was extremely friendly, proactive and helpful. Andrea has reached about perfection with this home. Check it out!!! You'll be very pleased, as I was.

This was the perfect space for a family vacation! My family and I picked this place so we can all stay there together to celebrate my moms wedding. This property was a dream. Very clean, charming, spacious, and great location. We loved our stay there. We rented all of the house but that was more than enough. We even had extra beds. Definitely a big home. The owner was super sweet, and the person in charge of the rental were super easy to deal with. The check inn and the check out were super easy. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

**Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – einfach traumhaft!** Die Villa hat all unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Schon beim Betreten war klar: Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung im Inserat – wenn nicht sogar besser. Unsere Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich herzlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Korb mit Frühstücksutensilien und hochwertigem Kaffee – eine wundervolle Geste, die sofort für Wohlfühlatmosphäre sorgte. Die Sauberkeit der Villa war schlichtweg makellos – ich habe selten eine so perfekt gereinigte Unterkunft erlebt. Hier stimmt einfach jedes Detail. Der Außenbereich ist ein absoluter Traum: Ein wunderschöner Grillplatz mit typisch italienischem Flair, ein gepflegter Pool mit gemütlichen Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einen Großen Dank an die Gastgeber unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als Übertroffen

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Il soggiorno è stato all’insegna della tranquillità. L’assistenza di Maurizio, Cinzia e Paola e’ stata perfetta e sopra le aspettative. La casa bellissima e comoda, accessoriata di tutto. Arredi interni ed esterni comodi e di design in linea con la casa. La piscina è il giardino curato nel dettaglio completano il tutto aggiungendo valore. Ma la differenza l’ha fatta sicuramente l’accoglienza, l’ interesse e la cura dimostrati, costanti, sinceri e poco invasivi. Grazie!!!

noi abbiamo prenotato la porzione della villa più grande, con giardino e piscina ad uso esclusivo . la location è meravigliosa. la consiglio vivamente. i proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. vacanza stupenda.

Ivano è stato subito caloroso e gentile dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la casa. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza ampio di persone e nonostante questo Ivano ha fatto di tutto per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. La casa è meravigliosa e abbiamo passato un capodanno molto bello. Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Fabio was an amazing host. Incredibly kind and helpful! He waited for us at the Airbnb and showed us all in detail. Thanks for the goodies lefts for us!!! He was of great help to find public transport into the tourist sites which we really appreciated!! The house was just ABSOLUTELY impecable, very modern (a rare find in Rome!!!!) and soooo spacious!! There were 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other! It takes a bit of time and knowledge to sort out transport but once done, it is very easy to get into the city. We took the bus 31 towards EUR Magliana metro (if you get up early you can use their $1.50 euro carpark) and then metro it very quickly everywhere. The only issue is that the buses were unreliable but once on the metro it was SUPER EASY! Thanks so much Fabio! We highly recommend this Airbnb to all!!

appartamentino grazioso ,tranquillo, pulito . Peccato di esserci andato in questa stagione e non aver potuto usate la piscina, è davvero carina. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Monica was so nice and very helpful when asked. Gave us lots of recommendations. Her house was amazing and clean and very big and comfortable. We were six people and fit perfectly fine. All the rooms were big and comfortable. All the outside was beautiful. We liked that she had a lemon tree in the backyard. I would recommend 100 percent to everyone who is planning to visit Rome, Italy. Amazing place to stay five stars for me.

Domus's place was immaculate, beautiful, and situated in a breathtaking location. The host was kind and helpful. It is a great place to book if you are interested in staying near Rome, but away from the crowds.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!
