Monthly Rentals in Rollingwood

I had a four week stay at Tanya and Mathew's studio apartment and it turned out to be a great decision for all reasons. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and homely, but at the same time very accessible to downtown where I needed to work. There is also a convenient grocery stores less than 8 minutes walk away. I definitely would stay here again and I recommend to anyone else to do so too.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! I’ve lived solely in Airbnbs for work for the last 4 years, and this place was the best I’ve been in. I knew the location was great, but what the host didn’t mention was how great the sheets and towels were, and how big and comfortable the bed was. Somewhat minimalist nicely styled furnishings made it so the place didn’t feel cluttered. Can’t say enough how perfect this place was. 10 out of 10!

Joey’s space was such a great fit for me. It is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood just a short drive to downtown and lady bird lake. The condo is very homey, and has everything you need for your stay. Joey, is such a kind and friendly host, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have an ideal Austin experience.
