Incredible welcome from Monique at her accommodation, an exclusive and pleasantly surprising experience. The house is located in a residential development with good views towards Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea, with easy street parking. It has all the luxury details to spend a stay with all the amenities, it should be noted how clean and tidy everything was. Without a doubt, Monique makes everything work so that your stay there leaves you with a good memory. I will definitely go again when I go to Alicante.

Perfect., only downside in November the sun is low and the blind banne does not protect from the sun, the only thing to improve

perfect location, not too noisy (as it was in the city center) but still close to the beaches, the port and restaurants the only inconvenience was no wi fi, but it was mentioned in the offer, hope the owner will think about it in the future totally 5 stars 🌟

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Every morning, open your door and watch the sunrise over the sea, have your meals in front of the sea, go to the beach by taking a few steps, this house is happiness!! In addition, Sonia speaks French and the couple is very welcoming and responsive if needed. Hope to come back soon.

Matti was a great host com always responded quickly. Very nice house with proximity to the beach and park that the kids loved. Wonderful thank you terrace where we grilled and had dinner. Highly recommend his home.

Jens house was just as listed. Nice and clean in a quiet area. close to everything you need.

Good communication at all times, attentive hosts who are concerned about tenants; we felt super welcoming and any issues or concerns that have arisen throughout the stay has been resolved to us. Very happy with the apartment and much more with the treatment received. Recommended, of course.

Rosita was an amazing host. She communicated with us really well. Her apartment was as described and more! It has everything you could need and lots of lovely little touches. As she had no one staying the next day she kindly let us check out later due to having a late flight, this was incredibly kind of her. The book with all the information in was very detailed and helpful. One thing that I would probably say needs adding to the description of the air b&b would be that the steps to the solarium are very steep with an awkward step to enter back into the kitchen!

A group of 5 of us stayed here and we didn’t feel crowded at all, we all could fit comfortably form the hot tub which had a beautiful view of the sea. Checking in and out was very easy and the host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here

Of all the rentals I've done, it's in every way the best, whether it's the environment, the accommodation and especially our host who is a woman of kindness, availability and indescribable generosity The beach is 8 minutes by car, the zenia is 5 minutes away everything is close, thank you Bégonia for its beautiful vacation that we spent with family

We quickly needed a short-term, affordable, place in Los Alcazares. The apartment was clean, comfortable, modern and well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. including enough shower gel, coffee etc. in case we forgot something. "The Strip" is also only a short walk away.

In our opinion, the apartment was better than it appeared in the pictures. The area was absolutely great. We used the back a lot, this was a nice area sheltered with palm trees and fresh wind from the sea, here we spent a lot of time both morning, day and evening. The pool was great, the kids loved it. Walking distance to a large shopping center with everything you could need. The shopping center is very chaotic in the evening, recommend finding another place to eat than here. Good dialog with the host, they always responded quickly and were helpful. There was a box of bath toys for the pool or for the beach, it was a lot of fun. Recommended!
