Not adequate words in the English language to describe how blessed and thankful I am to have been able to stay in such a beautiful home in such a beautiful part of the Texas hill country! The lovely Civil War town of Jefferson is close by with lots of antique shops and great eateries. My dogs and I will miss being on the farm. I will especially miss "Miss Jenny", who welcomed me every morning with a loud "bray"! Hosts David and Sharla, although not on the property, are very "hands on" and the comfort of their guests are a priority with them. Thank you both for a wonderful peaceful week! God bless!

We enjoyed our stay. It's very peaceful. If you're looking for break from your phone ringing due to work, etc. this is your place. Cell service for us, which we use Verizon, was hit and miss at times. Jessica's fur baby is adorable! She greeted me as soon as I pulled up. Scenery is very peaceful. There is a selection of DVD's as there's no cable/internet so you might want to bring some of your own. The Airbnb is very clean and cozy. Jessica is also very quick to respond to any text sent.
