Great apartment, clean, lovely and quiet, and included everything we needed. Great host, quick and responsive to messages with flexible check-in and check-out, which was really helpful.

The apartment was well situated for visiting family in La Manga in December. Great apartment with a lovely balcony & views. everything provided. We were concerned that the apartment would be cold but it was not too bad as the weather was lovely and the sun kept the apartment pretty warm. Small heater provided but we didn’t use it. Only needed the air con / inverter in the bedroom for short period. Good communication.

I still have a month left here and I am very happy. very nice host always if needed, at everything available, available at any time. is genuinely concerned about the well-being of guests. i rented a lot of apartments in Spain and this one is the best it had everything it needed, a swimming pool all the amenities, very comfortable bed. i'll go back here in a heartbeat. thank you very much 😁👍👍👍 i recommend 100%

The roof terrace really made it for us: massive and all-day sun. Also the apartment was well-equipped with everything needed. Two showers and toilets made it super good for just the two of us and the showers were powerful and hot. The tv was amazing as it had all U.K. channels and channels from all over the world. I watched the English football at 1500 via a Canadian channel. Shaun was a great host and made sure we settled in and had the chance to cover any issues of concern (there weren’t any). Be aware that this is a massive housing estate and aesthetically pleasing it isn’t. Also needs a car ride to a beach.

Return visitor, the property is immaculate and has everything you could wish for. It is located in a brilliant position, a few minutes from the beach and the nearby restaurants. The host is great to deal with, as communication is so efficient. Whilst in the property Kristin is super helpful and again communication is first class.

Very quiet location, villa was perfect for what we wanted from our stay. Would definitely return. Just a word of advice, make sure you get access to a vehicle as it’s rather remote without and hard to get a taxi/ bus. Again, we knew this and was prepared 👍🏻

Elena has a lovely home in Playa Flamenca. It is just like the photos - clean and spacious. The property has great outdoor space and the swimming pool is a minute walk away. Elena provides sun loungers that can be taken to the pool which were ideal. The location is good - within walking distance to La Zenia Boulevard (restaurants, shops, supermarket), as well as Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre which has some great eateries. For anything else, i.e. the beach, you would need a car which we had. Elena is a great host - friendly, accommodating and responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay.

First impression was how clean the house was throughout, everything you need for a fabulous holiday by the beach. Ceferina has made a lovely home for us to enjoy with lovely bed linen, plenty of towels, coffee/sugar, a welcome pack at our arrival and much much more. Just a few paces to a lovely beach and nice walks along the promenade. Not too many places open due to winter but we managed to do some lovely sightseeing in the area. It is a must to have a car but a delight if you want a beach holiday with your family. I would recommend this lovely house and thank you Ceferina.

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Fantastic place. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Best part: air conditioning in EVERY room. Has a washer/dryer.

We, my Mother and i had a lovely time. The hosts made sure we were well looked after and made us feel relaxed. ( my mother just said "It was a home away from home.") We were met in Alicante airport by the Roman, (very friendly) who is responsible for Airport tansfers, (also taxied us back at a very competitive rate) So its a Five Star all rounder from both of us.

We knew we were the first guests at this villa and expected a few teething issues, although there were a few minor problems the host solved them within a few hours of letting them know. I have family & friends in the area and had a few visiters, plenty of room & furniture both indoors and outdoors. I'm sure this place will improve too as time goes by, we are already planning to take friends here again as soon as we can. My partner & children (girls 8 & 10) stayed in the main house and my daughter & friend (17) and son (20) stayed in the downstairs apartment which worked perfectly for us all to be together while still having our own space.

Lovely villa. Host and key holder were very responsive and friendly to deal with. Great specification of villa with lovely pool and very nice rooms. Location could be an issue without a car. Busses are close by but taxis hard to find that will come and pick up. Plenty of scooters for the more adventurous!

The penthouse is beautiful, with all the needs, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located a short distance from the beach. The pool just below is great for refreshing and the kids really enjoyed it. The terrace is the best! It's the thing we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, super quick and attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely repeat.

Apartment was clean and in great condition. Very well planned with sunroof. Marina was quick to give information and get back to you in case of questions. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Would love to come back to this apartment. Kind regards, Christer

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

The description is accurate, it is a safe and quiet place, good pool, solarium and tables to eat outside. The hosts are available at any time and very nice, a 10 for them. We were a month and we counted on cooking and barbecues but in the end we almost didn't use the kitchen as it was full of grease everywhere. The BBQ we declined to use it because I also needed a cleaning. a shame because it has everything you could possibly need. Very happy but it spoils the cleanliness a little. I would need to renovate linens Otherwise fine. For long stays maybe a smart TV was appreciated

We really enjoyed our holiday at Annette's place. Location is excellent, if you like to spend your day's at the beach, as we did⛱️. Restaurants and supermarket are within a walking distance. Rooftop terrace is absolutely perfect for sunbathing and late nights with drinks🍹🌞.

Superb apartment very well appointed and tastefully decorated! Fully air-conditioned apartment with super comfortable bedding! Swimming pool at the top especially with a toddler. We had a great week. Ingrid and Philippe are super responsive and welcoming owners who immediately put you at ease and remain attentive. We recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

The check in was quick and easy. The apartment was clean, secure and felt safe. It’s down the windy end of the Mar Menor, a 30 second walk from the water sports area and a surfers style bar. There wasn’t any sun on the apartment however, that was a relief from the heat some days. It was a good 30 minute walk to the strip where all the restaurants are, we had a hire car and that was better for us personally.
