Vacation rentals with a patio in Roda

Lovely clean and modern apartment. Great for young families, great surroundings, small playground, pool and outside jacuzzi which was great, would certainly go back!

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.

We had a lovely month of vacation. Too bad we didn't have sunshine on the deck.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony with a fantastic view. We were in December/January and then you will have the sun on the balcony from about 2 pm. There is not much to do during this period, but it is nice and quiet. There are also a number of restaurants open and the supermarket is also open and close by. Great contact with the landlord.

The roof terrace really made it for us: massive and all-day sun. Also the apartment was well-equipped with everything needed. Two showers and toilets made it super good for just the two of us and the showers were powerful and hot. The tv was amazing as it had all U.K. channels and channels from all over the world. I watched the English football at 1500 via a Canadian channel. Shaun was a great host and made sure we settled in and had the chance to cover any issues of concern (there weren’t any). Be aware that this is a massive housing estate and aesthetically pleasing it isn’t. Also needs a car ride to a beach.

On entering the property we we're thrilled at how clean and very modern it was. It had everything we needed. It was a lovely quiet area, with the sun at the front all day, letting us sit out and enjoy it, in winter months. Because of this, the house was nice and warm on cold nights. It will be a pleasure to stay again. Highly recommended.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

We, my Mother and i had a lovely time. The hosts made sure we were well looked after and made us feel relaxed. ( my mother just said "It was a home away from home.") We were met in Alicante airport by the Roman, (very friendly) who is responsible for Airport tansfers, (also taxied us back at a very competitive rate) So its a Five Star all rounder from both of us.

Lovely villa. Host and key holder were very responsive and friendly to deal with. Great specification of villa with lovely pool and very nice rooms. Location could be an issue without a car. Busses are close by but taxis hard to find that will come and pick up. Plenty of scooters for the more adventurous!

Samantha was a fantastic host. Met us at her house with the keys. Gave us a tour, showed us which key goes where. Sam left us lots of towels which was fantastic. We had access to chairs for the beach. Plenty of room for hanging your washed clothes & being Spain things dry quickly. Kitchen has everything you need. We have booked up for next year. Looking forward to staying in Sam's cosey oasis again.

A great location in a peaceful part of the town just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. I particularly liked the dual balconies, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. Would come again, possibly next year!

The penthouse is beautiful, with all the needs, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located a short distance from the beach. The pool just below is great for refreshing and the kids really enjoyed it. The terrace is the best! It's the thing we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, super quick and attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely repeat.

The absolute perfect apartment in a perfect location.. Our family could not have wished for a better place to stay. Super helpful hosts who went out of their way to make sure we were well settled in. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in the Roda resort many times, but I have to say this is by far the nicest property. The apartment was immaculate, plenty of TV channels to watch in the evening as it was January and a little too cold to stay out and about too late. The bed was the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Michael and Sue were very prompt at replying to any questions and very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely, peaceful, relaxing holiday, would definitely return.

The 4 weeks were dreamy. Weather and the golf courses are highly recommended. Very nice complex, and well maintained. We can recommend the apartment to anyone.

We really enjoyed our holiday at Annette's place. Location is excellent, if you like to spend your day's at the beach, as we did⛱️. Restaurants and supermarket are within a walking distance. Rooftop terrace is absolutely perfect for sunbathing and late nights with drinks🍹🌞.
