Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

Fully recommended house, equipped with all the amenities and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with plenty of gardens to walk in and close to the Mar Menor beach. We will definitely repeat David, Larisa, Atreyu

A beautiful villa, a fantastic pool and generous amounts of items, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pool towels to name just a few. A perfect family villa for a wonderful holiday and in a beautiful location. I think we have all fallen in love with Murcia and the surrounding area. For our first visit, we had plenty to explore by foot. Christian was a super host and so helpful and quick to repond.

The apartment was super nice, just like the photos, the pool was great, but the road to get there was dirt and it was a little difficult to access, the host was super responsive and friendly at all times, I definitely recommend it

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

We had a very pleasant stay, a nice quiet area and very close to the sea. It's about a 10 minute walk into the town with bars and restaurants and there are bars and restaurants on the sea front just a small stroll away. A nice peaceful area to have a chilled stay with everything you need in the accommodation including a nice terrace on the top with views of Mar Manor. Victor was very helpful and accommodating and even arranged a taxi for us to take us back to the airport. If you want a nice relaxing holiday, I highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Pilar's place. A very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished place. In a central location from which I walked to everything that I wanted to see in Murcia, as well as walking to/from the train station and main bus station. Surrounded by many bars and restaurants. Communication was fast and friendly. No problems with check in or check out. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is centrally located and clean, you have a good view of the pool from the very spacious balcony and in the evening you can see the beautiful colorful lights from the hustle and bustle (was not loud). In general, the whole house is quite quiet... The only thing we could possibly see critically (which is certainly due to the summer time of August) that the pool is more than full during the day...the pool area is a little small for four residential houses. But in the morning and evening you usually have the pool all to yourself ... We will come again either way because it was just a very straightforward and really relaxing vacation. The apartment itself is very spacious and spacious, very nice and modernly furnished. Five of us (with three teenagers) had enough space and the two bathrooms are optimal. Even in case of problems, you will be answered immediately. We really can't find anything to stop us from booking again. Thank you so much for the great 14 days.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

A lovely apartment with a garden view and access to a lovely pool. I loved the access to watersports right next door at Mar Menor, and the convenience of Spinosa restaurant. I loved the dog beach and watching the Patrulla Agila display team.

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to reproach. The house was in perfect condition, as shown in the photos, and Claudio was very attentive whenever I needed him. In addition, the apartment is located a few meters from the beach as indicated in the description, and the area is very quiet, there is no one who can bother you. It was a great success to have spent 5 days there and I'm very grateful for Claudio's phenomenal treatment.

Audra and Paola were very helpful and responsive. The apartment is modernised and well equipped. It is close to the beach and restaurants. We had a flight delay on arrival and Paola was able to meet us later than planned at short notice which was very helpful to us.

Great stay! Very spacious apartment, great for kids with a very secure balcony area. Walking distance to the hotel, paddle courts, boulevard (where there are plenty of restaurants) and the local spar. Would recommend a car hire as there are some fantastic restaurants in Los Alcazares and a great beach with beach bars about 15min drive away! Øystein was so helpful throughout our stay and will deff be back to the apartment in the future :) Thanks again Oystein

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !
