The Birder - House #1

TanoiRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Did a return stay after a great visit last year. Beautiful area; perfect distance from Tillamook and Netarts for all the OR coast has to offer. The tiny house was perfect for 2 of us. It had the best touches to make you feel right at home. Mark was a great host. He talked fishing with my husband while I picked up board games from the office. The stay was so quiet, which is exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to another visit next year!

The Tiny House Farmstay at The Chittle Homestead

DirkRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Everything about our experience staying in Tessa's beautifully decorated tiny home was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly and responsive and made everything a breeze. She gave us a tour of the homestead which we particularly enjoyed; it's always a pleasure to meet great people doing neat, environmentally friendly things. The tiny house is also quite amazing, it's an impressive blend of comforts with a rustic farmhouse vibe. I would not be surprised if we wind up staying again, it would be great to see the plants in full summer glory! But even on a drizzly October weekend it was wonderful.

We had such a lovely time staying at the Tiny House. Was a great location for visiting Zion and Bryce. It was very cold out when we visited, and the heat and hot water in the tiny house made for a very cozy stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Tiny house was excellent for a stay to attend local event. Downstairs bedroom had double bed. Kitchen , bathroom and living space small but great . Upstairs bedroom was two comfortable twin mattresses but low headroom was difficult to dress (would be best for children).

Cozy Berkeley Tiny House in Amazing Neighborhood

RustyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
What a great find! The word “cozy" is totally appropriate. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very responsive and even lent us a basketball to play with. The location is ideal. We took day trips to SF. Because it’s a tiny house there’s no dishwasher, so I really appreciated the supply of paper plates offered. I could really see us coming back here.

LOVED this place! It was off the grid - but only about 40 minutes away from Grand Canyon so the location was ideal. We used the grill for dinners and sat by the fire, a great place to stargaze. There are some neighbors in the far distance but otherwise very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

What a magical place. The view was incredible, both during the day and at night. Use the provided binoculars to see some really cool stuff. The home was like something out of the game Firewatch. The fire pit was well constructed and easy to use. They were ok with me staying up late. Hope to go back one day to this magical place.
