Located a ten minute drive from Victoria airport and from downtown Sidney, BC. The sailboat has three queen beds with two heads (washrooms), a galley (kitchen) with fridge, freezer, gas stove, and salon that seats six. There is a large covered cockpit with a dining table. Easy access on and off the vessel via the large drop down transom.

There are a few walkable dining options that are within 5 minutes of the boat, and the summer weather in Toledo can be 10-15 degrees warmer, and much less windy than in Newport.

Very clean with plenty of space to stretch out, especially in the summer with all of the deck space available to lounge upon. Boarding 4pm-7pm. The Obsession has a nice, cozy feel, galley/fridge, water, and a head. Marina services (2 min walk) include a restaurant bar, showers/laundry, bathrooms and free parking. There is one set up sleeping area for two adults and a couch if you bring your own sleeping linens/bag.
