A good place to stay if in Franklin/oil city area. Relaxing and everything you need to feel comfortable. Great host and cabin. There isn’t a lot to do in the winter time in the area so enjoy a peaceful stay someplace nice

Exceptional place to stay. Very clean, had everything you would need for a home away from home. Having onsite laundry available is always a big plus even had laundry soap and dryer sheets.

This place was just what I needed. A little bit of country and a bunch of snow. Maria was great and was very helpful when we needed to stay an extra day due to the weather. I can not wait to be able to go back and that cottage will be my go to, always!!

This is the first time I stay in a place that is truly pet friendly. Other Airbnb’s can pet friendly but when you get there, the place makes you feel like anything can go wrong. This place had its own dog designated area in the backyard and even dog shampoo. Even though I didn’t bath my dogs, they place offers a lot of colored towels which is great for you not to feel bad to use white-perfect towels like in other places. It’s hard to find dog-friendly places, but this house was a blessing for me & my family.
