Nestled in a fantastic location, this charming abode exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the beach and nearby amenities made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. While the unit lean towards the cozy side, its cleanliness and tranquility were truly noteworthy. We found solace in the plush comforts of the bed and couch, ensuring a restful retreat after a day of exploration. Throughout our stay, we embraced the array of amenities available, perfect for unwinding in the comfort of our temporary home. Overall, a delightful experience in a superb location, offering both relaxation and convenience.

Thanks again John. The place is right across from the beach. Nice and roomy, had good parking for the car. Nice area to walk along the beach and close to a few good local restaurants. Easy access to the A train line. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here for July and August as a beach escape from the city. Location: this place is one block off the beach and less than a 5-minute walk to the subway at Beach 67. Around the subway station there was also a lot of grab and go food and a couple table service restaurants/ bars and wine /liquor store and a Stop&Shop. The beach is a surf beach so no lifeguards unless you walk about 5 blocks in either a direction. The Place: Come for the views- the pictures don’t do it Justice. There is a bit of a funky layout- the bedroom and the deck are upstairs and through a set of lock coded doors from the main unit. There is nowhere to store your beach gear other than carrying it through the unit. Wall to wall carpeting is an odd choice for a beach place. The only real issue: there is no table to eat at. We brought in a folding table. They have 4 stools set up around a kitchen island, but there is no up on the island, so it does not serve as a good place to eat.

Justin’s place is exactly as pictured and described. It is in a wonderful location and within walking distance to all the Rockaway has to offer. The Ferry to Brooklyn and Manhattan makes it easy to explore the rest in NYC too!
