House vacation rentals in Rochester

This was the nicest place I’ve stayed at and I would recommend it to anyone going to Rochester!

Alex and Emily were amazing hosts for our weekend stay in Rochester. My mom is hopitalized at St. Mary's of Rochester since March 25th, 2025. My sister and I had been staying in hotels and my wife would come on the weekends and we would have to find a place for our two dogs to be. Dharma Dwellings was the answer for us to all be reunited on the weekend and had amazing accommodations. It was a quick 10 minute drive to the hospital and for us to get back during the day to take the dogs on a walk. Our two dogs were as comfortable as being home and the area was great for taking them on walks and getting their energy out while we would visit the hospital during the day. The kitchen allowed us to make home cooked meals. There are alot of great restaurants in Rochester, but this allowed us to just relax at eat at the house. I feel like I am rambling but I will try to wrap it up quick, the amazing features of two living rooms, comfortable and spacious beds, two bathrooms made this stay amazing

The house was great. It had everything we needed and more. Very kid friendly and the kids loved the trail in the back as well as catching fireflies at night. Broc responded to every message timely and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Plenty of space for everyone. Beds were super comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Upgrades to the house were done very nicely. Plenty of outside space for the kids. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The house was warm and cozy. Safe neighborhood. The house supplied everything we needed.

Our stay was great! We were being seen at Mayo Clinic and when our trip got extended last minute, this place was a great option to accommodate what we needed. Super walkable (if you are able) across the street to St. Mary’s campus!

Excellent place to stay for a visit to Mayo. I brought a family member to Rochester for a few appointments at Mayo Clinic and stayed here at Joel & Carla's place. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and stay was perfect. The house matched all the descriptions and felt even nicer than expected, and it was in a neighborhood that felt nice and quiet, while being very easy to get to/from Mayo each day. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

The Shack was exactly what we needed for a quick family getaway. We appreciated the tranquility and scenery of the countryside with the convenience of being just minutes away from restaurants and a picturesque distillery. Our daughters loved the treehouse, slide, and pool. They want to visit again but stay longer next time. :-) Tim was great to work with, attentive and helpful.

Great place! Great views and very comfortable for our group of 8. Provided room to be together and space apart for individual quiet time if desired. Well appointed and well taken care of. Beau was very responsive, accommodating, and super friendly! This is our new go-to spot when visiting LC. Definitely recommend!

Checking in to Erin's house was very easy. She is very easy to communicate with. Soon after checkin, Erin messaged us to make sure everything was in order and to see if we had any questions. The views are absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked the house I couldn't wait to enjoy coffee in the sunroom. It did not disappoint. The sunroom has heated tile floors and a small wood burning fireplace. So cozy! The pool and pinball machines were a big hit for the kids. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Tiffany’s place was a great location for our annual girls weekend trip. We loved taking advantage of the hiking trails, hot tub and fireplace! The space was perfect for 7 adults, and we enjoyed our time. This is not a complaint but just a heads up for future guests - there is only a Keurig, no coffee maker. We’re big coffee drinkers, so we had to pivot a bit but it was no big deal. 😊 Thanks Tiffany!

For an extended stay, this home fits the bill. It is in a very handy location with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc., only a few blocks away. The home is new & in a new area, where the properties are nice , very well maintained & managed. Allison, our coordinator did a very good job of answering our questions any time we called her . If available, we would definitely stay there again should we ever need an extended stay in Rochester.

Jill’s place was just as described. It was immaculate, I am extremely picky about things being clean and Everything was spotless. Jill was extremely helpful with any questions and the place is perfect for resting in between apts. her guide to the area was helpful and we would absolutely stay there again!

Jaymi's place was exactly what my family needed. We traveled 7 hours to get there and arrived a bit early. Jaymi was quick to respond to my request for an early check-in, and everything was perfect for our time in Rochester. The finished basement provided a home away from home feel for me and my husband, while my parents were very comfortable on the main level. When you're in Rochester for Mayo clinic appointments having a peaceful place to lay your head at night is important and Jaymi provided everything we needed to be comfortable.

Was a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again. Very cozy quiet and close to everything I needed. 5 star stay. The bed was worth the whole stay.

Bao was incredibly responsive to all of my communication. The house was exactly as listed, with three bedrooms on the ground floor (3 stairs to entrance), an upstairs bathroom with tub, a bed in the basement, and a second bathroom in the basement (shower stall format). Laundry worked well. Furniture was comfortable. Easy walk or drive to Mayo hospital (St. Mary's) and close to park trains that offered miles of walking along the river. Met all of our needs completely.

This is our second visit to Sarah’s beautiful home with our pups. We so appreciate all the beautiful furnishings and how much it feels like home. We love to cook all our meals and enjoy family movie time. The kitchen is so well appointed and open to the great room that it makes for fun downtime. We will always check to see if this wonderful rental is available when we are in town. Thanks to Sarah for the early check in as well! Great property and host!

This house was spectacular! The space energy feels so good. I loved cooking in this kitchen and the bed was so comfortable! These hosts we amazing at communication and getting us all the information we needed. The location was so convenient to Mayo and all the special touches made our week way nicer. We will absolutely stay here again!

Your home was the perfect place for our recent visit to Mayo Clinic. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog and the access to the walking trails was an added bonus.

Loved how this home was decorated and it was so spacious!! Loved our stay. Close to trails and in a nice neighborhood.
