Monthly Rentals in Robinson Crusoe Island

We had a great weekend and the house was very nice. We enjoyed our time and it was very peaceful. It was a nice welcome gift with the smores, but with all the snow we could not enjoy the firepit down by the river. Thanks for everything we will be back!

We had the good fortune to stay here for 3 weeks while visiting family in the area for the holidays. Nancy and Bob are fabulous hosts and put a lot of thought into what their guests want and need while staying in the Guest House. Communication was superb! The unit is very cozy with lots of nice touches! The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and the shower was fantastic! Having a Washer and Dryer was extremely helpful for our long stay. We also enjoyed the Hot Tub! It’s so quiet and peaceful up on the Mountain. We are already recommending the unit to friends!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hidden Hive! The guesthouse is charming, well-stocked and so kid-friendly. My husband and I stayed with our 2-year-old, and the house felt totally safe for a rambunctious toddler. He loved feeding the goats — the provided goat feed meant we were able to walk out back and feed them throughout the day, which was a great activity for our toddler. The house was also spotless — hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location itself is beautiful — Great Country Farm, Bluemont Vineyard, and multiple breweries are right around the corner. The fresh eggs waiting for us from Jennifer were such a special touch, and our toddler devoured them for breakfast both mornings. We will 100% be returning! I can’t wait to stay here again next fall.

The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is very peaceful. This was close enough to Shenandoah National Park that I was able to beat the crowds during peak season and the downtown area has some good restaurants perfect for when you’re done hiking for the day. Kathleen was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and then some! Will definitely consider staying again when I’m in the area
