Riviera Nayarit vacation rentals

We have visited Puerto Vallarta yearly for the past 8 years. This was our first time staying at the Orchid and we will definitely return. It was probably our favorite place were we have stayed in PV. The amenities at the Orchid are wonderful. Mike's unit was very clean, spacious, and looks just like the pictures. The views and the sunset from the balcony are amazing! The rooftop pool, restaurant, food, and staff were all great. The condo is within walking distance to downtown PV or a short taxi or Uber ride. We love PV and can't wait to return to the Orchid! This place was wonderful! It had tons of space, yet was very cozy for my family to gather. the furniture & decorat ions were very comfortable & fitting for the property. the views & sunsets are out of this world! it was the peperfect place to just unplug & relax. The hosts were very attentive. we had a silly small problem & they took care of it immediately & professionally. the property is pretty new & has wonderful pools & great beach access also.

I enjoyed the stay. The location is great. I stayed in the Marina a number of times and actually stayed at this condominium previously I do have a few recommendations: the bed linens could be newer and of better quality, it would be nice to have a hair dryer, there was a water jug holder, but no drinkable water. It would have been nice if there were some lamps in the living room and a coffee table. Also, it would have been nice if there were some lamps in the bedroom. The two futons in the living room were not overly comfortable but had clean protective covers on them. Joana was very responsive and permitted me a little bit of a later check out. A brand new lock was installed while I was there which was nice - but instructions were a bit unclear- but it all worked out just fine!! Overall my stay was quite pleasant and would definitely recommend this spot!!!

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

What a fantastic and incredible apartment! We enjoyed every second. The welcome, the space, the details, comfort and amazing sea view. Just breathtaking! We had a fantastic time and the host was amazing. Thanks a lot to Hans & team on side, as well as Sam!

Jessica and Mariela were fantastic hosts. Always responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. The condo is beautiful, the pools were amazing. Each pool a different temperature, something for everyone. They could use more loungers but I heard that is being addressed. Highly recommend this condo for your stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Juan was always available and helpful. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated. I enjoyed my daily walks on the gorgeous beach, and watching the surfers. It was a very peaceful and relaxing holiday

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Sayulita! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and the vibrant town center, yet tucked away in a peaceful area that offered plenty of privacy. The house itself was stunning, with thoughtful design touches throughout. The open-air living spaces were perfect for enjoying the gorgeous weather, and the private pool was a fantastic bonus. Every room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, providing great recommendations for activities and restaurants. They even gave us a few local tips that made our trip feel even more special. I can’t recommend this place enough and I would definitely stay here again when I return!

Very comfortable stay, the amenities of the fractionation are very good. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean home. Highly recommended.

If you’re going to Sayulita for a stay, I would recommend this place Modern, clean, big and comfortable. We stayed as a family of 4 (two teen girls) and loved being a 5-10 walk to beach so we could pop up to house for a rest, a drink or a snack. We did laundry so as to not have to travel home with wet sandy swim suits The townhomes share a nice pool Always peaceful guests if any in there when we used it Securely gated. Sayulita overall can be noisy with the motorbikes and some construction always This place was gorgeous and so tastefully decorated. Thank you Frank for being so helpful and welcoming

We really loved this place and would stay here again without hesitation. We had good instructions that provided help with practicalities like transport. Nikki met us the first night to help us settle in. The space was nicely decorated and very clean and the cleaning lady came three times a week. The view is delightful and gives you a good sense of place, with the caveat that you have a front row seat to lots of construction. I enjoyed reading on the large patio in the shade with a view. There was comfortable seating and lots of different spaces to interact so it accommodated a large group well. The kitchen was well-stocked and the pool bar had whatever else we needed. The pool is terrific for kids (and adults) and we often had it to ourselves. Appreciated the outdoor shower and functional AC and blackout curtains in bedrooms. The hill up to the house is no joke especially in the heat, but that’s the trade-off for the view. I highly recommend this property and will be back

We really enjoyed it, very quick answers to our questions, we were accommodated for the checkout time which we really appreciated. I recommend it without hesitating.
