We stayed at Lorenzo’s apartment for a long weekend. It was in an amazing location - walkable to most of the key spots in Florence, very close to the station so we were able to easily travel out to Siena and Lucca. The flat was spotless, well equipped and comfy. The views from the balcony make it special! The hosts were really helpful. I asked for somewhere to store our bags after check out and they let us keep the apartment for most of the day :-) Thank you Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay in Giulia’s suite. It is set back down a long hallway off the street, so is private and very quiet. Comfortable bed in a nicely dark bedroom, and everything we wanted to see over the week was within easy walking distance and easy to navigate to. Communications were always prompt and helpful, and we were met at the door upon our arrival for a quick tour. Recommended!

Everything is perfect. Accommodation in the heart of downtown and close to the main attractions of the city, as well as the central station. The spaces are very clean and spacious. Tommaso is a super friendly Host and always available for any need.

This was the heart of Florence itself, and it was perfect in every way. The warm and cozy room, comfortable bedroom, and all the thoughtful touches were inspiring. Federica is a great host, who made our time in Florence extra special. This place was more than just a place to stay and feel the beauty of Florence. I would definitely visit again.

Our stay at Riccardo’s place was overall very pleasant! He and his mom are very friendly and helpful. We were able to park at the apartment with no problem. The place was spacious for 2 and very clean. We also loved that there was a washing machine. We also loved the spacious balcony. The only thing is that there is no wifi but Riccardo offered a pocket wifi but we didn’t need it anyway because we were just exploring Parma and relaxing at home. Will definitely book this place again if we come back to Parma :)

Stayed in Porta Santa Stefano, Italy, and had a wonderful experience. The host was communicative and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions. The area is full of friendly shop owners, adding a charming, authentic touch. Don’t miss Bistrot del Bar il Buco – it’s a cozy spot with great food and atmosphere. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the local vibe. Highly recommend this area for your stay!

The house is beautifully renovated but still the charm of the original house remains. We were very nicely received and received a culinary welcome gift. The house is very well equipped and you will find everything you need for a great vacation. We had a very great holiday and will be happy to come back!

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Lucrezia’s place, which offers a perfect blend of country charm just outside Florence. It’s conveniently located for a quick drive or train into the city whenever needed. The accommodations are both relaxing and comfortable, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Lucrezia also recommended a fantastic local restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The property’s location is ideal, and I definatly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i'd recommend it.

Francesca’s place was everything we wanted. We simply could not have found a better place to enjoy the city during non-tourist season. Francesca was incredibly helpful and the place was just as described. And what an amazing view of the city and sea. Thank you. We will come again.

Romantic cottage just a stone's throw from the city center but with the benefits of a quiet and secluded country house. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Lovely place and host !

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

Great experience. The house is beautiful and perfect for a large group of people, as each room is equipped with a private bathroom. The common spaces (living room and kitchen) are very spacious and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped. Fabrizio is a very kind and helpful host (he was very flexible with check-in and check-out times). Thanks Fabrizio, we will definitely be back!

Aldo is a very generous and accommodating host! Full of suggestions and recommendations and his place is a nice short walk from the center of town! Would stay again.

We had a pleasant stay. Very well received. The property is in a great location. 10 min on foot from beach. The pool is very nice and well kept ideal for relaxing. The accommodation is clean and cosy. We recommend it. And maybe see you soon

Stunning apartment, in a great location, close to the light rail, restaurants, bars, supermarket. 20 minutes walking distance from the bustling city center. Spacious, clean and welcoming apartment. Super-friendly hosts. Fully equipped kitchen, excellent heating, hot water all the time, washing machine. There is a cozy balcony, on the back side of the building so it's very quiet. Perfect apartment for a long stay with all the necessities, I felt at home. I will definitely be back to the apartment.
