Brand new, spacious apartment with great view on Levanto from the large balcony. High quality fittings and equipment in kitchen and bathroom. We visited at the end of November. The apartment was warm and cosy and no humidity like in many other places in Liguria Very quiet as it is the end of the road. Indeed, the road is narrow and steep but not a problem if you are a versatile car driver. As others already mentioned the neighbors below can be noisy, during our stay there was loud talking till late at night. Their dog barked rarely and does not really disturb.

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, me, my wife and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took great advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable pool of the residence. We've never had any parking issues The sea can be reached by car in minutes by car.

Wonderful stay in a great location. The directions provided, including photos, made for a super easy checkin. Parking on site was fantastic to have. The studio was clean and organized. Everything we needed was right there. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great place with great views of the coast and the sea. Very good communication with the host and great check-in instructions. Always instant answers to questions and the home totally matches the description. You can reach the old harbor in three minutes and a 10-15 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Super great stay was that! It was a very nice time and we can definitely recommend the apartment.

One of the best Airbnb experiences you've ever had. Marek is a great host. The house is even better than what you see in the photo: pleasant, well kept, cozy, and very clean. Also, great location. Close to downtown, but with plenty of parking for the car around. On the next trip to Viareggio, we'll definitely be back! Thanks again Marek for your availability and hospitality!

It was a real pleasure to meet Andrea and Simone and also spend a very pleasant evening with them and some of their friends in an informal and international environment. Real and super hospitable people. The apartment is really nice, as pictured...then, even better! Furnished with taste and simplicity and with great attention to detail. Well-equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with everything you need for maximum comfort. The terrace with jacuzzi and panoramic view on the hills on one side and the village on the other: simply spectacular. Palaia small adorable village with a pub, bar and some restaurants that deserve. Perfect vacation for a couple looking for relaxation and romance. Upon arrival we really appreciated the welcome with a bottle of wine and biscuits, as well as a nice welcome postcard. Water is available in the fridge. What can I say: perfect stay!!!!!!! Thank you Andrea and Simone!!!!!! Always put your heart as you are doing now!!!!

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

It is a joy to vacation in such a place. Very nice view from the windows. The house is very well maintained and clean. Fresh sheets. The garden deserves special praise. Lemons, figs, pomegranate, grapes... very beautiful! We are very grateful for your hospitality. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasise the really spotless cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine attentions (jam, tea, shower gel, a beautiful bouquet of flowers) and several times proactively made sure that everything was to our complete satisfaction! Samantha’s home is the perfect place to escape life and to completely unwind. The house is comfortable, equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We were lucky enough to spend some time with Samantha, her husband and their adorable dog during our stay. They are a wonderful family and the most gracious hosts. Federica and very welcoming, gave us clear directions to make it easier to arrive. Lots of nice places to visit and very charming and delicious small local restaurants😋. Accommodation with a friendly and very well-equipped card, with very good bedding.

We love Maria and her place. Super easy to get to from Train. Bright, cheerful, clean place. Easy walking to anything. Maria is so personal, friendly. She responded and helped us with anything. we would definitely go back to her place.

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We were in Bologna for work. During the day at the fair and in the evening in restaurants. Short distances to the supermarket, bus and with BTaxi APP can be picked up very quickly.

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

The house is in a reserved and quiet area and in a very quiet residence equipped with all the basic services. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and you can choose between private beach and free beach. The residence's Pool is a 1-minute walk from the property, as well as the bar and market and laundromat. Unassigned parking spot but always available inside the property! The historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes but I personally recommend a bike (rentable inside the Residence) to facilitate travel and above all to avoid parking of the car (not possible in August). Host Jacopo was always present, very helpful and very kind in terms of advice and suggestions and resolved the breakdown of an appliance in 2 hours, promptly replacing it...at his (dear) expenses! I would definitely go back to choosing Jacopo and his home in the future! Thank you very much!
