We had a great 2 day stay at Ben’s place. Felt right at home and had everything you would need for our stay! We would definitely come back.

everything about this place is worth it, you get your money's worth with how many people this place can accommodate, the beds are comfy, clean linens comfy pillows. Also if you like to grill the weber grill comes in handy for grilling outside with a nice breeze from the bay, which I might add you can catch some red fish and black drum fish right off of the boat slips! Also the pool was nice and refreshing with plenty of sitting in the shade. Love the area for the serenity when wanting to get away from the big city life, will be back for a 3rd time definitely 👌

I saw a lot of reviews stating the door lock was not working. As long as you’re holding the door shut while locking and unlocking it worked great. Not a hard thing to figure out and assuming due to the house being in stilts is the reason for having to do this. The house was wonderful local bar in waking distance. Clean and full of kitchen amenities plus grill. Would stay at this location again! Staff was easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

The location on the bay and watching the sunrise was amazing! Overall it was a great experience and the Avanti management group was always quick to respond. I had to reach out twice as they had updated wifi but the new names and passwords had not been updated . They had just changed service a few days before. We accidentally locked the bottom lock and had to reach out at 10 at night and they quickly sent someone over to help us get back in. Service, service , service…. They were great. The place was so cozy and we loved all the furnishings and the surprising coffee table, lol. You will have to see for yourself. Finally, we were given a welcome gift and I will say I sported it the rest of the week! Thank you for a lovely home and amazing service!

We stay here a few times a year and absolutely love it! The staff is always super helpful if a need arises. This is our home away from home!

Good stay, we enjoy our weekend here

We enjoyed our time here. The property is as it was described and the area is pretty quiet and feels safe. Enjoyed sitting outside watching the water and all the different birds. The place had everything we needed, but probably could use some ongoing upgrades to kitchenware and furniture. It would also be nice if the windows had screens. We didn’t have bugs coming in but that could happen during other months. Overall great stay!
